When the third season of Mad Men concluded, Don Draper and company had formed a new ad agency called Sterling Cooper Draper Pryce.

Therefore, this casting tidbit comes as no surprise: Jared Harris, who plays Lane Pryce on the AMC drama, has been elevated to series regular. Expect to see a lot more of him on season four.

Pryce entered the Mad Men picture as Sterling Cooper’s new financial officer, but it didn't take long to see that he was frustrated by his role of a minion in the grand scheme of UK parent company Putnam, Powell, and Low.

In the incredible finale, Lane became a founding partner in the aforementioned firm, alongside Don, Bert Cooper, and Roger Sterling.
