Covert Affairs

Approximately six weeks before it debuts on USA, Covert Affairs has landed a couple big guest stars:

First, Gregory Itzin (beloved for his portray of President Logan on 24) will recur on the series as Henry Wilcox, the former Director of Clandestine Services and the father of Sendhil Ramamurthy’s character.

Moreover, Entertainment Weekly reports that former ER star Eriq La Salle will guest star as a former East Africa operative who quit the agency because he suffered a nervous breakdown. He's resisted multiple attempts to rejoin the CIA.

Covert Affairs stars Piper Perabo and Christopher Gorham; premieres on July 13 on USA; and is one of several summer shows TV Fanatic will cover in-depth over the next few months.
