As for specific plot developments, E! News reports that viewers should brace themselves for the following three events:
- A murder
- A car accident
- A hot kiss
Which characters are involved in which scenarios? That's up to readers to debate, but we're guessing many of you out there are hoping Elena and Damon are the focal points of item number-three, aren't you?

The next season starts in September, I've heard. But that's so long! AND I just KNEW katherine was coming back! But the question now is, what's she going to do next? Keep pretending be to Elena, or come out as Katherine? Also, we all know she has some sort of plan for the Salvatore brothers, Elena, and the town itself. I can't wait for season 2!

I think elena and damon is a HORRIBLE idea!! I mean on every show thye make every character date or kiss or hook up with EVERY other character on the show! Elena dated MAtt,Stefan, next would be Tyler or even jeremy for crying out loud!!!
Hopefully bonnie dies because she isss a bitch for not actually doing the spell and shes boring...shes like the vanessa abrams(gossip girl) of vampire diaries. TOTALLY BORING and NO PLOT LINES....and jessica szour who plays vanessa is NOT coming back for season 4 sooo if history wants to repeat itself be my guest and not bring bonnie back!

go on youtube and you will see the kiss it is Damon and a look alike Elena so its most likely Kathern she's a copy of Elena but the way she kisses him it looks like its not an Elena kiss,just go to the vampire diaries episode 22 founders day and you will see him kiss the look alike Elena I think its Kathern its one of the two women Elena or Kathern its Damon and one of them her hair and face look like Elena but it must be Kathern

I think I know the death they are talking about I think Anna will turn Jeremy and that might be the death that will shock everyone.after all to be come a vampire you have to die and I think thats the death that would Shock everyone
