Gabrielle Union to Anchor Army Wives Spin-Off
Army Wives will concludes its fourth season over the next few weeks.
But fans of this Lifetime series have important casting news to buzz about long after new episodes go off the air: Gabrielle Union has been tapped to star in a long-awaiting spin-off to this dramatic hit.

The Army Wives follow-up will likely debut in 2011 and center around Brigid Brannagh's character of Pamela Moran. She'll reportedly become a detective with the Atlanta police department and her new partner will be a woman named Gina Holt.
Union, last seen on ABC's FlashForward, will portray Holt.
Think this is a good casting choice?

will there be another season of Army Wives?

This is a horrible idea. No need for another cop show. I can almost guarantee that this show will be canceled during its first season. Army wives ratings will also drop because the group dynamic is not the same!

I am not watching it.
