i think, this is the way they dress the characters...blair=polish, classy, preppy look...while serena=more casual and relax....but i dont really love blair outfits in season 3, trash n ugly...hopefully in season 4 it will be way better than the 3rd season..

No one's blinded by "lesbian love" for blair. She's classy. She dresses maturely. She dresses in a very European matter, with true taste. Serena has some cute outfits but most of the time, especially in the last season, she looks trashy
