Alex/Lexie may not be a fan favorite but I am a huge fan of them though.

YES. I really hope that Mark proposes to Lexie and she says yes, that would make my life I think I would get so excited then faint and miss it all :/ haha!
and yes, Lexie is put into Psych but don't forget, typically Grey's episodes are usually put into weeks so the second episode in Grey's Anatomy might be a month after her being put into psych rather than a week. It wont be Alex and Lexie because it was said that Alex kind of pushes her away and sleeps around, So I really wish that Mark would take it slow with her, Maybe (Though it would make really happy) he shouldn't propose yet or ask her to move in again, I think after everything with Sloane and the baby they should just date again and see eachother like in season 5. If they have a casual relationship again, things will be more fun for them and marriage will come faster for them rather than rushing into things.

Previously it has been said that Callie and Mark are doing big surgery in the 1st episode. I think Mark and Lexie get married, and Callie proposes to AZ.
I hope it will be this way !

I wouldn't say that Lexie and Mark are a fan favorite but hell, how do I know what these people define as fan favorite. I think it's them but God, do I wish Mark would return to his manwhore days. He was funny then.
I'm getting suspicious on all the weddings/proposals. Are they running out of SLs?

Is Lexie/Alex a fan favorite? I'm not sure I would consider them a fan favorite. Lexie/Mark. Yes. Alex/Iziie. Yes. But Lexie/Alex? I don't think they are at fan favorite leval yet.
And I really, really don't think either Lexie or Alex want to be married to each other. Esp at the point where they are in their relationship. And I don't Mark would propose to Lexie with her mental health state the way it is supposed to be. She needs to be healthy before she get engaged to anyone.
And hold on for a second. So far the spoilers are saying there is going to be a wedding, a proposal, AND a near proposal? Or is the proposal/near propsal supposed to be the same thing? Because, seriously, wedding/proposal/near proposal in one one hour episode is a little much.

I think it's Callie and Arizona that will get engaged. And that say "Guy" just to confuse us. It can't be Mark, he has already proposed. I guess Owen and Cri is getting married. Mer and Der is already post-it married. And I don't thikn alex would propose. So I think it's Callie that will propse, Az will be freaked and mabye say no. Hopefully yes!

I agree with Brittanyy. I don't want Alex to be with Lexie. Lexie belongs to Mark. So I'd also say that Mark is gonna propose to Lexie. And I'm sure she'll say yes.

its gonna be mark proposing to lexi. i think that hes going to remind her of what he said back in season 6 how she could have a husband insteaed of a boyfriend. cant wait to find out what happens

The thing is, Lexie was (practically) already proposed to in the finale, when Mark said, "You could have a husband". It may not be your typical proposal, but I think it counts.
