Grey's Anatomy Spoilers: Calzona and Crossover Updates
Now that we know it's not Callie and Arizona tying the knot on Grey's Anatomy - by now you've surely heard about Cristina and Owen - what's in store for Calzona this year?
Let's just say it's shaping up to be a crowded situation.
What brings Amelia and Derek - and two ABC shows - together this fall?
Arizona decides to move in with Callie, according to EW, and of course, Torres is sharing an apartment with Cristina ... who's become the anti-Cristina and is marrying Owen.
That’s not the only obstacle, either. Creator Shonda Rhimes reveals that “Some stuff happens with their careers that’s going to take them in opposite directions possibly.”
Shifting gears, we've got some dish on the Grey’s Anatomy-Private Practice crossover involving Derek’s sister Amelia as well. What brings the two Shepherds together?
“Amelia goes to visit Derek in the third episode of Grey’s Anatomy," Rhimes reveals, adding that in the finale, "Derek got shot and he hasn’t been returning her phone calls."
"He’s never returned her phone calls. And what I love about this particular episode is that it really illuminates Derek Shepherd. Remember: Derek’s father was shot when they were kids - something that both Amelia and Derek witnessed."
"For both of them, Derek’s shooting brings up all these memories of that. You also get to see the two Shepherd neurosurgeons operating together, which I think is badass.”

Addison does know about MerDer's post it wedding because Bailey told her when she went down to LA for a patient last season, Then Addison went up to Seattle for Mark's daughter pregnancy complication and saw Derek and she said nothing about the post it.
Addison is not on this crossover, it will just be Derek's sister.

It may be a mistake because SR herself said on a TVGuide article that Addison wasn't coming. She will be pushing Amelia to go to see Derek but won't got with her.
Plus, Access Hollywood was there when they were shooting 7.03 and only got pics with PD & CS. KW wasn't there, nor was anything on Twitter from her, only from CS scrubbing in with PD on a scene.

Cross-over event... no thanks.This cross -over regard Derek and her sister and no Derek -her sister and Addison.Now Addison takes the Mer's place in this case ,she wants to reunion the brothers but Addison is in because Ameli in the long past knew the relashioship between Mark and Addi and Amelia didnt speak about thius to her brother...
These cross-over ,i don't like me.I'd preferred CAROLINE Derek's mother is better than her daughter ,Amelia i don't like neither to PP.

I am looking forward to Derek interacting with his sister and revealing more about his father's death. However, I will not be happy if Addison travels with Amelia. Addison and Derek are divorced - the relationship is over and they have both moved on with their lives. Addison seems so desperate when she's on GA - like she hasn't gotten over Derek and there's no one better than him. PLEASE! She is an intelligent woman with a life and new love interest. Let her stay on Private Practice while Amelia visits her brother.

@Spanishfan. It just says that Arizona decides to move in with Callie and the apartment is going to be crowded since Callie is living with Christina who's married to Owen.
And then it says that Amelia, Derek's sisters is coming to Seattle beacuse he got shot and he hasn't been returning her phone calls. And they both whitnessed there father beging shot when they was younger. So that's why this shothing is especially hard for them both.

Well, I really don't like Amelia as a character on PP, but maybe it'll be fun to see her with Derek on GA, and I also love crossovers! I just think that there should be another crossover with Addie, who doesn't know about MerDer's post-it yet, so I'd love to hear what she has to say about it :) Let's just wait and see!
About Calzona.. I think they'll be happy for a long while, or, at least, they'll be together, since Shonda said a million times that she doesn't want 'em to be apart. I think that the career issues won't be big deal, maybe it's just a way to explain her maternity leave :)
