If Chad and Hilarie come back, cancelling the show will not be an option because the ratings will be high. They started the show. The show was based on their relationship. They need to make an appearance in season 9 or 10, or whenever it ends, otherwise, it isn't one tree hill. it's one tree hill without the spark it used to have.

By the way the show started with Lucas and Peyton, it should end with Lucas and Peyton and the baby. And you should have the old cast plus the cast now to end the show. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE BRING THEM BACK!!!!!

Yea.Hilarie and Chad NEED to come back. I LOVE this show and have seen every single episode and it would be AWESOME if they came back. If the show went on for 2 or 3 more seasons the ratings may go higher. PLEASE chad and hilarie come back for at least a few more episodes!I know Im not an actor or whatever but I dont think it would be that hard to come back. You guys are the stars. But all the others do a awesome job too. But bring Lucas and Peyton back. They will always be Lucas and Peyton to me.

Lucas and Peyton need to come back for the finale, the show isnt the same without them, they made oth work and they brought everyone together and if its going to be the last season ever we need them back and also sawyer brooke scott, please bring them back and make it a lovely ending were they move back to tree hill and they all together at the end... i will be in tears when it ends

I think One Tree Hill is a geinous show and I think there should not only be an entire season of episodes for this season. I also think they should have another entire season of the show also. Most importantly I think they should bring back Chad Michael Murray and Hilirae Burton also.

OTH is still as good as every past season. Peyton & Lucas are not the only one's that make the show, everyone plays an important role and I enjoy watching the maturity and funny moments it brings. I don't feel that the show has lost it's edge. But when the final last episodes begin to approach it will be great to end it with the orinial cast to say their goodbyes after 8 years...that is unless Mark decides to extend it you never know what that man has up his sleeves ;)

Oh I so hope it's true that are coming back, even for the finale would be great. As long as the writers don't stir up any drama for them it will be perfect. The love that Peyton and Lucas share is unbreakable, the writers need to keep that when they come back. I miss seeing the love they shared. Hilarie and CMM were such great actors they sizzled the screen with chemistry. They also need to give them a hot lovemaking scene lol, we were so ripped off on that one.
