As we previously reported, the Oct. 28 episode of Grey's Anatomy, “These Arms of Mine,” is shot documentary-style by a news crew profiling the team in the wake of the tragedy.

In addition to the hysteria of a major transplant and the return of Mandy Moore’s character from the sixth season finale, the Callie-Arizona story delivers a major bombshell then.

According to E!, we find out then how the show plans to handle Jessica Capshaw's maternity leave, and "this is a must-see ep" for fans of Seattle Grace's awesome lesbian pair.
