This week on Private Practice, Betsey comes to Oceanside. As you'd expect, the arrival of Dell's orphaned daughter, both of whose parents were killed last year, is an emotional moment.

Emotional and potentially even sadder for the poor girl.

Betsey's aunt informs the doctors that Dell told them to visit the practice if she ever needed anything. Turns out what she needs is to not care for Betsey anymore. It's heartbreaking.
