Private Practice Promo: "Just Lose It"

Last week on Private Practice, Charlotte found the courage within herself to I.D. her attacker. That moment, as we discussed in our review, marked a turning point for her.

Unfortunately, she's about to be dealt another setback.

The show is off this week, but when we return December 2, the D.A.'s office delivers bad news about her sexual assault case, leaving Cooper outraged and Charlotte numb.

Meanwhile, a case involving a pregnant drug addict hits hard with Addison, who wants a child of her own with Sam. Watch the promo for "Just Lose It" and comment below:

@ Kristina Are you talking about the part wherein Cooper makes a pass at Amelia? I understand why you're so upset about what Cooper did because most likely, ALL Char&Coop fans got upset about it. I love this couple but you have to be a little logical and see why Cooper did it. He shouldn't have done that but it's a realistic angle for the writers to look into. Obviously he's also going through something very difficult here and that's what we saw during his confession to Sheldon. He feels like he has lost the woman that he loves and that's the challenge that he's going to be dealing with now. People deal with things differently and if you think that the partner of the victim can just smile while she puts herself back together then you're the one being unrealistic. Cooper isn't perfect and no matter how much he loves Charlotte he still needs to cope with the situation as well.

After watching the PP episode 12/2, I'm APPALLED, DISGUSTED, EVEN OUTRAGED by the last few minutes of the show. The storyline of Charlotte's attack has been riveting and emotional for viewers...just what the producers are after. In addition, I have always liked the way Cooper's character was represented as a wholesome guy who cares about people. Tonight, the writers turned him into a heartless prick for the sake of causing ineffective drama, and DESTROYED a storyline worthy of awards for the actress who plays Charlotte. I, for one, will NEVER watch the show again. It's one thing to want to appeal to the audience's innate desire for conflict, but quite another to represent the level of male selfishness exhibited by Cooper in this episode. The writers wanted us to be empathetic to his plight. I was until they made it seem as if he's somehow justified in his pathetic attempts at sex with another woman as a response to his girlfriend being brutally raped and attacked. If they are t

garyg1345, First season of PP we found out Naomi lied about Addie's fertility results so she wouldn't get her hopes up. Addison has a small chance of getting pregnant.

There is also other options like adoption.

What happened to the whole thread on GA & PP about Addison being unable to have a baby? Guess we're s'posed to just forget that?

Also, it's about time Naomi came back. Might as well leave the show if she's hardly going to star in it.
