What I really enjoyed was Tony playing bad cop to Gibbs' daddy figure. It was indeed different, not so procedural as confrontational. Gibbs and Vance are locking horns and I see a closing episode with some changes in personnel. I do like the not so in your face comedic Tony for a change.
