Four sneak preview clips from this evening's Private Practice offer a tease of what looks like a very interesting episode. One with possibly a very big development for Addison.

The preview airing at the end of last week's episode blatantly hinted that Addison may be pregnant. It's unclear if she is, but we now know it wasn't deceptive promo editing.

If nothing else, she really thinks she is ... or at least Amelia does. Watch this:
