When new episodes of Dexter air in September, viewers will watch a new trio of characters interact with Deb, Angel and company.

While details on season six are being kept quiet, we can confirm the addition of the following new individuals on a recurring basis:

1. Jamie: An outgoing and fun Latina in her mid-20s. A grad school student.
2. Mike: African-American homicide detective from Chicago. Will not get along with Dexter.
3. Louis: A friend of Masuka’s and a new lab intern.

Note to new characters: Don't get in Dexter's way.
