Dexter Season 6 Scoop: New Characters Added
When new episodes of Dexter air in September, viewers will watch a new trio of characters interact with Deb, Angel and company.
While details on season six are being kept quiet, we can confirm the addition of the following new individuals on a recurring basis:
- Jamie: An outgoing and fun Latina in her mid-20s. A grad school student.
- Mike: African-American homicide detective from Chicago. Will not get along with Dexter.
- Louis: A friend of Masuka’s and a new lab intern.
Note to new characters: Don't get in Dexter's way.

Jamie - Is she going to be a love interest for someone? Or is she going to be a character to a plotline like Lumen, Miguel, etc?
Mike - Basically the new Doakes. I don't think anyone will like him and he won't get along with anyone in general.
Louis - I picture him has a geeky guy, but the cool kind of geeky guy that you love and is funny. I bet he'll find out Dexter's secret and will be killed off towards the end of the season. But not by Dexter. Probably one of the new recurring characters or this years villain.
