Glee Promo: "Prom Queen"

by at . Comments

The campaign for prom king and queen heats up next week on Glee.

When the entertainment for the event falls through, Principal Figgins asks New Directions to step in and perform ... much to the dismay of Sue Sylvester, of course.

The episode, "Prom Queen," is already somewhat controversial due to the leaked king and queen spoiler by an extra, and will feature Rebecca Black's hit, "Friday."

Read our Glee review from last night for a full breakdown of "Rumours," then watch the promo for the third to last episode of the show's second season below:

i also really want rachel and sam to hook up.
the only person that has even remotely suited quinn is puck but even he has found good love now. thats why she needs to be killed off.

im sick of people bullying rachel too. get over it shes talented she has a right. ps i think the unexpected shocking ending is quinn dying. shes either going to kill her self from losing prom queen or run out from the school when she loses and gets hit by a car.

There's no excuse for physical violence EVER. I didn't agree with Lauren pushing Satanna into the lockers but at least with that one you can tell it was a two person fight not just someone sucker punching another person. I'm not thinking that's the case here. Quinn's a bitch. She has people that support her even though she's nasty to them. I'm tired of her attitude problem being justified with entertaining lines and a ridiculous sob story. Rachel may have sung to Finn but Quinn should have listened to the lyrics...the song was called "You Can Go Your Own Way". Hardly man stealing material. Rachel may come on too strong and be insecure but she's never been mean spirited. Quinn lashing out at her is unjustified. She's jealous. Plain and simple. The only time she likes Rachel is when she can put her down about her looks. Finn said he loved Rachel and Quinn. He's too confused for her to be depending on him. I'm tired of the mean girls getting redeemed in this show when in fact, they're just spoiled bitches.

To anonymous, apparently it's a 'junior prom' (not that i understand the term being Brit ;) ). I'm really hoping when a certain someone is crowned prom queen is when Santana and Merecedes sing 'Dancing Queen' to take the edge off and make it more joyful than intended.

I think that every one on the glee club should stop picking on Rachel. I think Rachel is really cool on glee. I totally want to see rachel and sam get together even though he said shes not his type i think they will make a totally cute couple =P....

Glee Quotes

You know, a great big fat person once stood on this stage and told a group of a dozen or so nerds in hideous disco outfits that glee, by its very definition, is about opening yourself up to joy. Now it's no secret that for a long time I thought that was a load of hooey. As far as I could see the glee club was nothing but a place where a bunch of cowardly losers go to sing their troubles away and delude themselves into thinking that they live in a world that cares one iota about their hopes and dreams, totally divorced from the harsh reality that in the real world there's not much more to hope for than disappointment, heartbreak, and failure. And you know what. I was exactly right. Thats exactly what glee club is. But I was wrong about the cowardly part. What I finally realized, now that I'm well into my late thirties, it takes a lot of bravery to look around you and see the world not as it is but as it should be. A world where the quarterback becomes best friends with the gay kid, and the girl with the big nose ends up on Broadway. Finding the courage to open up your heart and sing about it. That's what glee club is. And for the longest time I thought that was silly, and now I think it's just about the bravest thing that anyone could do.

[to Finn] You know, I don't really know what's going to happen between us, but I know that you used to be the guy that would make me feel like the most special girl in the whole world, and it doesn't feel that way anymore. Now it just feels sad and confusing. And the worst part is that it doesn't even feel that bad anymore.
