exactly right the murders happened when EJ came in the pitcher and her dumb *** sends info out that should be keep secret until they caught the killer. and the murders just flower her sounds very fishy to me.

I would much rather have M.Alison Hart. In fact, I'd rather have Jeanne Benoit...oh wait, no I would not ! Don't you find it interesting Tiva that they have never shown us any "intimate" scenes or any "kissing" scenes with Tony/ej? I think the writers and producers know she is not well liked and it would not go over very well and they left those on the cutting room floor. Yippee!! I agree with you too she is totally gone by finale. But - the thought of her will still be there for me until Tony gets back in the groove. Also, don't you find it funny that McGee said that she issued a bulletin to Law Enforcement about the P2P killer stuff ? Seems odd to me - they never did that before on this big of a case - and actually, by her doing that Danny got killed by cop who got the notice... Sooooo, she is really responsible for his death. Had Tony had his phone with him - ummmm - I'm just sayin' ??? I think her little blunders are starting to show - with more mistakes to come before this

editor all I think it is is to throw all the fans off. like when MW said Tony had a ring and everyone thought it was EJ and it wasn't her. but I Tony will be done with EJ at the end season. and hopefully are team will stay put as they are. and Tony and Gibbs relationship can go back to normal. And I hope EJ goes far far away I can't stand her shes worst then Alison Hart from last season.

You are so right Tiva. She is bringing our Tony down "by osmosis" as he said in an episode concerning Ziva not long ago. All that crap that she's covered in is splashing all over our very special Agent and making me like him less and less - or at least - I'm questioning his judgement where romance is concerned. I can see a big wedge in the Team too. I'm putting a lot of the blame on MW and his good pal Jessie Stern. That so called "romantic" shower scene in his directorial debut show was his downfall. MW said in an interview with Mary Hart that he and Cote always run their scenes together and they always have differnt points of view. Hello - I'm starting to understand why ! I'm not giving up on him yet though -that dang sexy smile pulls me back every single time !!! ahhhhhhhh

Hi Tiva - thanks for that info. I totally hope you are right and something bumps up the total number of people who enjoyed it. I wish this episode would have gotten a rating of say 22 million just so TPTB know that we have been waiting for this for so long. I wish it would have been on before the new team arrived and then I'll bet it would have been better received. Sorry, but I'm blaming their arrival on everything bad that has happened until they are finally gone! If you think I can't stand ej and her gang, you wouldn't be wrong !!!

editor well said I agree ppl need to let Kate go it happened in 2005 ppl do need to let it go your also right Ziva shot Ari and Michael needs to re check the episodes. but with the ratings to they count DVR I wasn't home when NCIS was on Tuesday so I DVR it and I know ppl on facebook who DVR it.

I read recently that this was the lowest rated show for the whole season. Now,I loved it (although the constant mention of ejs name every 5 seconds annoyed me) I'm just sayin' - could it be that bringing in a love interest like ej - that Michael Weatherly has promoted the heck out of and talking marriage and future with her - has perhaps turned off the fans who want a Tony/Ziva pairing. They are huge numbers and many just don't want to watch until TPTB make her go away. The ratings have been slipping since she was introduced. ya know Janet, I am only watching the last 2 shows because of your sort of promise of her demise... I'm just sayin'

ahhh I loved seeing that manila envelope again. A couple of episodes back, they needed to review a crime scene and our clever Tony went to his desk and pulled out a similar envelope (hidden taped to bottom of his drawer) and in it he had FBI, CIA, etc crime scene stickers\signs that he had scooped at other crime scenes in case he ever needed them. They were able to go in to the Apartment and then use Tony's saved signs to look like they had not. Clever boy Hoping I don't get cut down here, but also, did you notice that it was Ziva -twice- who was first to comment to Tony "Is there something wrong Tony?" and when he played Danny's message, both Gibbs and McGee are watching the phone, while only Ziva is watching over Tony. She knows him so well. Must be breaking her heart this stupid fling he is having. And hello..Kate was there for 2 years only and treated Tony like a schmuck from the moment she met him..in almost every episode she cut him down, although maybe not in SWAK..or did

I did notice manila envelop tony's taped on bottomof desk drawer. And Abby would too Cry for Ziva she didn't to anything to Kate That was all Ari she thought he was innocent. Ziva just sign two year deal so its not her. it's Kort's eye and Mike Franks will be one who dies. and maybe Vance or EJ

I read someone that Abby crys over who dies so it can't be Ziva because she not close to Ziva because of what she did to Kate and Tony.
So I wonder if it be that Big dude from EJ team he and Abby hit it off and Abby love EJ also I too

Did anyone else notice the manila envelope taped to bottom of tony's desk drawer as he was trashing his desk looking for phone? Is this some clue or what? Any ideas? Also, there are 2 deaths I think one is EJ for sure. The other might me either Mike Franks or Trent Cort. Haven't seen either for a while and noticed both in the cast listing for 5/12's episode. Palmer has to have something to do with the blue eye. Ducky made the comment that if it has anything to do with eyes Palmer's your man, and also his dad is some kind of expert in eye research. Any comments??

In "Pyramid" there are two SecNav: Philip Davenport and Clayton Jarvis. Maybe Davenport will resign, or will die... Maybe Jarvis is a former SecNav, from the period of Mike Franks and he will go to his funeral. Who knows?

I liked the episode and I liked the story of Tony's past. But what I really loved was this, the concern of Gibbs for Tony. The way he sees him in the autopsy room, prepared to support him if he notices that Tony needs it. You can to see the affection he has, apart from the trust, respect and admiration for DiNozzo. It even seems that already he "pardoned" Tony for the EJ's affair, as he offers Tony his phone (remember the phone theme among them is a symbol that appears in "Bounce" -6x16-, but in this case does not change the leadership, it is still something significant), because he knows that Tony can not be without one and would be distracted all the time.
It's this request and delicacy of Gibbs for Tony, which leaves me smiling and satisfied. :D

Loved the episode. Not much to say on that but wanted to chime in on the EJ and Ziva thing. I truly HATE the idea of Tony and Ziva in a relationship. I much prefer the platonic partner relationship. Ziva often annoys me. She always has. Not sure why.
I did dislike EJ at first because I felt they were trying a little too hard forcing her personality down our throats but I've grown to like her. I like her and Tony together. I'd much rather he have this temporary thing with her (it simply can't last) than EVER see him and Ziva together romantically.

I get why people are trashing EJ, because she's new, Ziva got trashed in the beginning. But Michael, it's been 6 seasons. Build a bridge and get over it.

I thank you Tiva and Janet. I knew I was not alone in my thinking here. EJ and her Team are just not popular - and I dare anyone deny it!! I really loved the Baltimore episode, but with one little comment. I want my always handsome,great smilin' sometimes jealous, always smart talkin',Ziva butt watchin' movie mentioning team playin' Tony back in the fold asap. That is why "we love him" And if that is someone who doesn't like to grow in a pile of new found Spanish weeds - dah....then so be it !!
