Person of Interest Preview: Worth the Hype?

by at . Comments

CBS doesn't simply think that Person of Interest is its best pilot in years. The network is actually putting that belief into action.

As revealed in its newly-released fall schedule, CBS will air this crime thriller in the prime slot of 9 p.m. on Thursdays. Why does it have such confidence that a new drama can compete against Grey's Anatomy and Bones?

Consider the show's pedigree: it's producer by J.J. Abrams. It stars James Caviezel (Jesus Christ!) and Michael Emerson (Ben Linus!). It offers the intriguing idea of a mysterious billionaire teaming up with a former CIA agent in order to prevent major crimes.

Will you give this vigilante-based series a shot? Go behind the scenes with Person of Interest now and decide for yourself:
