The Vampire Diaries Music From "The Sun Also Rises"
Music from the penultimate episode of The Vampire Diaries' second season was basically limited to one scene, but what a truly memorable scene that was.
As we said in our Vampire Diaries review, the funeral and the reading of John's letter was a poignant, moving conclusion to an episode marked by tragedy.
The song played during the emotional scene was "Skinny Love" by Birdy.

Arguably the most emotional VD scene so far and this music made it just that much better!
