Chelsea Kane to Appear on One Tree Hill
Chelsea Kane will stop by the final season of One Tree Hill.
The Disney Channel actress will guest star in early 2012 as Tara, a rival Café owner to Haley and Brooke. She isn't the only new or returning face to have booked an appearance on the show:
Both Paul Johansson and Tyler Hilton will be series regulars when we next see new episodes of One Tree Hill. That date has not yet been announced, but expect it to take place in mid-January.

This is so stupid. I can picture the writers deciding to cast her. "Hey, Stephen has a girlfriend right? Let's give her a part for no reason!"
