Following a guest-starring appearance by Wilmer Valderama, Royal Pains will welcome Madeline Zima on Wednesday.

She'll star as the nanny of an asthmatic boy, who also comes down with an illness. Meanwhile, Paige requires Hank's help for a medical emergency and might have to expose her secret in the process.
