White Collar wrapped up a strong, funny, suspenseful, engrossing summer season on August 9. While we await this USA hit's winter return, let's take a look back at the best from the last few months via the following TV Fanatic Report Card...
Best Con: The spending spree Neal, Sara and Mozzie went on in "Taking Account." It was too much fun. Clever way to lure their cyber criminal out of hiding. I loved when the prices added up on the screen every time they bought something. Money doesn’t change who you are, it just magnifies your personality. We certainly got a glimpse into each character’s more elaborate tastes.
Best Buddy Moment: Courtesy of "The Dentist of Detroit" when Neal and Peter dressed up and Elizabeth took a photo. They looked particularly handsome and the photo came into play in the summer finale.Favorite Character Insight: Clinton, Diana and Mozzie all got some character-centric episodes. All three were well-crafted, but "
Best Bad Guy: Keller. Hands down. He doesn’t die and he’s just pulled off another kidnapping. He antagonizes and reappears every season. We all know Elizabeth will be okay. It’s just a matter of when and how.
Best Undercover Moment: Diana’s stint as an assistant to the famous journalist in "Deadline" was pretty impressive. We learned that she has a knack for pulling what seems like the impossible in the clutch, such as the children’s birthday party. Her skills didn’t go unnoticed, as she was offered a permanent position. But we all know she couldn’t possibly leave her FBI post!
Best Mozzie-ism: “Think of it as a Kardashian. What it lacks in refinement, it makes up for in cargo space.”
