White Collar Summer Season Report Card: A-
White Collar wrapped up a strong, funny, suspenseful, engrossing summer season on August 9. While we await this USA hit's winter return, let's take a look back at the best from the last few months via the following TV Fanatic Report Card...
Best Con: The spending spree Neal, Sara and Mozzie went on in "Taking Account." It was too much fun. Clever way to lure their cyber criminal out of hiding. I loved when the prices added up on the screen every time they bought something. Money doesn’t change who you are, it just magnifies your personality. We certainly got a glimpse into each character’s more elaborate tastes.
Best Buddy Moment: Courtesy of "The Dentist of Detroit" when Neal and Peter dressed up and Elizabeth took a photo. They looked particularly handsome and the photo came into play in the summer finale.
Favorite Character Insight: Clinton, Diana and Mozzie all got some character-centric episodes. All three were well-crafted, but "The Dentist of Detroit" was a hard episode to beat, given Mozzie’s elusive and intriguing past. Who knew he was named after his childhood bear? It definitely exposed his weakness for sentimentality, even if Mozzie chose to ignore it.
Best Bad Guy: Keller. Hands down. He doesn’t die and he’s just pulled off another kidnapping. He antagonizes and reappears every season. We all know Elizabeth will be okay. It’s just a matter of when and how.
Best Undercover Moment: Diana’s stint as an assistant to the famous journalist in "Deadline" was pretty impressive. We learned that she has a knack for pulling what seems like the impossible in the clutch, such as the children’s birthday party. Her skills didn’t go unnoticed, as she was offered a permanent position. But we all know she couldn’t possibly leave her FBI post!
Best Mozzie-ism: “Think of it as a Kardashian. What it lacks in refinement, it makes up for in cargo space.”

Neal: Whether there's an anklet or not, come Monday morning I'm gonna be stepping off that elevator on the 21st floor to go to work.

Agree with Bomz. He doesn't get enough credit because he is the lead.
Awesome about the renewal!

I would also give Matt Bomer an A+ for superb acting overall. Neal Caffrey's conflict this season has been perfectly portrayed by Bomer.

Agree too and overall Bomer gets his usual A+ for continuing to play one of TVs best characaters that he created and no one else could do justice! Unusual for TV these days.
Rank: Regular Character

Hmm, I agree with all the categories.
