Fox Renews The Simpsons for Seasons 24 and 25
Rest easy, Homer Simpson. You will outlast Andy Rooney after all.
Following a contentious, public round of contract negotiations with cast members of The Simpsons, Fox has renewed this iconic sitcom for two more seasons. The order will bring the show's total number of episodes to 559.
Following coverage of the MLB playoffs, the show will return with a new episodes on October 30, "Treehouse of Horrors XXII." In the meantime, fans can breathe a sigh of relief and visit our section of The Simpsons quotes if they enjoy laughter.
