Just when I think each episode cannot get any better, this one with Reese being shot and Finch showing a side not seen to date, takes it to another level. Every episode has been a "10". The four main characters are wonderful and the story lines [writing] are top notch. I hope C.B.S. doesn't screw it up as this is easily the best show on TV.

POI - you did miss something. Finch sent the tape recording of the bad guys talking about the fake charity they set up, to Fusco. So I'm sure that the 2 detectives can put together the pieces.

Perhaps I missed something, because this episode left me hanging in regards to the stolen money plot line. What about the two bad guys who set up the phony out of the country charity, and the dead guy in the garage? How did Carter explain the dead guy? She didn't know what was going on, and thanks to Reese getting shot, it was never explained to her.

I had two favorite parts in this episode. The first was Reese's concern for Finch when Reese realized the stroller was a bomb. You could see he had come to honestly care about Finch. The second was Finch flooring the gas to get to Reese at the parking structure. Again you could tell these two share a bond that goes beyond helping others. They have genuinely come to care for each other and are dependent on each other for self-redemption. Michael Emerson and Jim Caviezel work beautifully together.

OH, and the opening bit with a tip of the hat to Ghost in the Machine was excellent, but the photo in the book, really needed wor

My family and I LOVE this show. It's clean, no sex being shoved down our throats constantly, and the plots just warm you up for more. Please CBS, keep feeding us more!
As to the future of the story, very excited to see what's happening with Carter. She's a fighter and I foresee, possibly, that she will join forces with Reese and Finch. Plus, Fusco is great. Kind of the image that everyone holds when they think of a New York detective. On a lighter note, I love his OMG reactions when he sees Reese just step out of nowhere.
This episode was absolutely great. Easy to follow with the whole drug story and then WHAM! Reese gets shot twice and with his touching conversation with Finch about "a second chance", I was just about ready to bawl. Jim Caviezel has a way of reaching out and pulling the heartstrings before you even realize he's moved and Michael Emerson has such a grasp on the whole time is of the essence feel.
So, all in all, great show and keep them coming people!
