The ABC smash will follow up this installment, meanwhile, with one that poses another pressing inquiry: How do you set up Mayor Regina to expose her for the corrupt individual we all know her to be? Sidney will enlist Emma's help on "Fruit of the Poisonous Tree" with this mission in mind.
Elsewhere on the episode, look for Mary Margaret and David to continue to meet in secret; and for Richard Schiff to appear as Snow White's father, King Leopold. He'll be granted three wishes, but might wanna think hard about what he asks for...

Yay, legal terminology. That is right up my alley. In fairytale world, it probably has to do with the poisoned apple, but in Storybrooke, I'm hoping it has to do with police evidence presented at trial.
