This episode sucked! Why would Stefan act that way, I understand he wants revenge but his behavior was completely out of his character. The writers are trying to make him bad now, so Elena has a reason to be with Damon and it's so stupid and not beliavable.
Damon is an ASS! He finds out that his brother did what he did to save his life and then he goes and kisses his girl anyway? That's ridiculous. There was no passion in that kiss anyway. And Elena, WTF are you thinking kissing Damon. Have some respect for yourself. Hope she comes to her senses now that she knows Stefan did what he did to save his brother. I don't like the way this show is going at all and it doesn't make any sense anymore. Elena should be with Stefan as they are soulmates and their love is what made this show so great. Now, it's just another boring one.

Sorry the DE kiss was all right. But Forwoods first kiss was much better and more passionate IMO. When are the writers going to learn that Caroline is needed in every episode to help carry Bonnie and Elena. Bonnie and Elena without Caroline equals boring. I wish Jeremy left on his own terms. Because the idea that he had of everyone leaving town was the first good idea I've heard. Tyler should be forgiven because he does not know how strong of hold Klaus has over him. Plus it's not his fault for anything that he does since he never asked to be turned into Hybrid. If he was given a choice and new that it might hurt the people he loves and cares about. He probably would been like no thanks Klaus. I don't want to be a slave to you. But Tyler seemed to realize that Caroline, Elena & Alaric were right. He doesn't have control. I feel bad for Tyler because he hasn't truly been free his whole life. Born with a curse, bound to the moon and now a servant of Klaus.

Yes. Seeing Red is exactly why btvs was superior to this show. it did NOT whitewash Spike's actions. Nothing was whitewashed. It impacted HUGELY both his character, everything and pretty much entire story. It was never "Forgotten". THAT is the correct way to handle stuff like that.
TVD fails at every point in that aspect :)
As for Caroline, sure she was willing the first time. AFtger he bit her? She would most likely not have been. Thus yes its rape. Andie case is also rape, making Damon serial rapist and show has yet to call out on that and recognize that :)

Finally a Delena kiss and it really was a beautiful scene, great song in the background and such a sweet and at the same time passionate kiss!!! just wonderful to watch! It was definitely worth the wait!!!

I wasn't entirely pleased with this episode! Here's why:
Stefan acted completely deranged..I thought he had "turned his humanity back on" as Katherine had suggested
Jeremy leaving like that....its almost like they just took the simplest route of chucking the extra luggage...Will miss him
Tyler made no sense about the "Sire" bond but I guess that was intended
Becka being redaggered...just when we were looking forward to seeing her reaction to her brother after waking up! not to mention Elena!
Im still excited to see the next few episodes!I hope Bonnie becomes interesting again! Miss seeing her in action! Plus I cant wait to see the rest of the original family, this show is becoming too Klaus-centric (as much as I love JM)
Delena KISS! FINALLY!!!!!! the epic moment many of us were craving! Finally no teasing! just a solid lip lock! =)

I have to agree that the DE kiss was uncalled for. How can you do this to a man who sacrificed everything for you and for your family. It seems the writers want to please screaming girls instead of having a strong true love that nothing stands in the way of it. If I were Stefan I would just walk away and never look back. Elena and Damon do not deserved him in their lives. Instead let's hook Elena up with Damon because of every fan girl wants him and regardless that he killed Lexie.. Fed on Caroline.. Etc and etc. Besides being a drunk. Oh wells unlike Stefan's attitude and I hope he just walks away and make Elena work hard for him.
We all know that SE are endgame. Personally I rather see him with Bonnie or Caroline.

And thank you for bringing up actual badass vampires. You see the difference is that that show recognized Spike and angel's mess ups and what they did and it all had consequences, actual long term consequences. People reacted and called out them on what they did.
While TVD constantly whitewashes the actions of the brothers and they never get called out on the shit they pulled :)
You mean to say its normal for Elena to be attracted or be in relationship with any of those two brothers? Especially since one raped and abused caroline and fucked her mother and other is well..edward.
Not to mention Elena is no Buffy. Buffy had a fitting character and personality to be attracted to those men. Elena's mary-sue template writing directly contradicts both pairings :)

The moment damon and elena kissed I laughed and cringed, and thought of all the horny females that were dying to post there reactions on here lol.They still dont hold a candle to the epicness of Kelly and Zack morris from saved by the bell......Oh and good riddance to jeremy !! I lol at the fact that hes supposed to be 16 yet r.mcqueen looks 26...

I was so happy to see the Delena kiss:) this episode was good, but was it me or did Klaus kind of cried when he daggered Rebekah? I hope Rebekah comes back sooner, I want to see her and Elena go at it for a while as long as they don't kill Rebekah off, she's one of my favorites along Elijah, Katherine, and Damon.

i enjoyed it! but i missed caroline :( and whats with the bonnie bashing? i love her! and i'm gonna miss jeremy because i was a big fan of him and that couple.
also, here's the thing for me, delena or stelena i don't care. it is possible to love both because the show is so well written. and as long as it stays that way i will continue to love both. i don't care who she chooses. loved the delena kiss but also missing stelena. I'm really excited for the next episode to see how things play out!

IT MEANT SO MUCH! she didnt run away, or back off, or tell him to stop, she basically went in just as much as he did, and by the end she was obviously not done with kissing back! Hahagahagshsgzfxdgzdfddxfshfdfdh elena totally loved that kiss. The passion really did just come from Damon. SE had so much more passion on there first kiss and all of there kisses that they had. Damons a real nice brother. I'm really fascinated to see how "delena" is going to work, because use do know Stefan isn't going to be this way for the whole show.

An amazing episodes! Enough action and emotion for me!
Opening scene! Amazing! So full of tension!
I am a BONNIE lover! I love her rational clear mind!I always loved her and Stefan's scenes, they always had some connection.
I'm still out a love for Klaus! I really doesn't love Joseph and his interpretation of the character! he stalking Damon,cause he has no Idea where Stefan was really sweet! He isn't so helpless as we thought ! Who would've say he dagger Becca again!
Damon who doesn't love he being cooky as hell! And we are still loving Delena scenes , even when we know that they aren't endgame!Elena and Damon plotting against each other without even knowing!!The kiss was really sweet! But it will make some emotions go rouge! She wanted it as much as he did!
The Jeremy storyline, was really nice introduced but it should've been pulled over 2-3 episodes!And he finally stepped up and they send him flying! But he will reappear that's for sure,I will miss him!

Whoever said it earlier, it is TOTALLY the original Elena/Katherine. I have always wanted to know who/why it is Elena and Katherine. I have always pictured that Klaus' sister is Elena/Katherine. That the doppelganger or their mother is/was the key to breaking the curse. I miss Elijah :(
Damon: She's strong and crafty and you'll die. Elena: At least I'll die trying.
