Welcome back to TV Fanatic's Grey's Anatomy Round Table!

Our official Grey's Anatomy review broke down last week's episode, "Have You Seen Me Lately," in great detail. Now, TV Fanatic staff writers Courtney Morrison, Sean McKenna and Christina Tran have gathered for their weekly Round Table Q&A to further debate, discuss and dissect the goings on at Seattle Grace/Mercy West.

Read their answers below and weigh in with yours!

1. What was your favorite quote from the episode?

Courtney: "I wasn't mugged by a baby, I just don't want kids." Pretty much sums up Cristina Yang in one sentence.

Sean: I couldn't help but laugh at the meat grinder guys ordering Meredith around like she was a doctor. Using the word "stat" just made it funny.

Christina: Meredith: “I don't need help, I'm an excellent surgeon. You know it, I know it, and everybody knows it.” It’s true. I do know it, you know it, and everyone knows Mer is totally awesome!

2. Meredith is teaming up with Callie to study for her boards. Should Mer make ortho her specialty? If not, why?

Courtney: Definitely not. Both of these women are hardcore and Mer could handle ortho, but it's not for her. Grey needs to get back in there with Derek and work on neuro or take up general surgery, something she is actually interested in.

Sean: No. I just don't think that her and Callie make as good of a team. It was an interesting match up, but Meredith seemed so much more in her element when she was working with Derek or even Bailey. Good try, but I say pass.

Christina: Absolutely not. Although I’m sure she’d rock any specialty, we’ve seen her at her best in neuro and general. I still don’t know which is the better of the two for her, but I just know ortho can’t be it.

3. What is in the cards for Cristina and Owen?

Courtney: These two make me worry. I think that they are end game but right now they both resent each other so much that they can't make it work. Owen needs to make up his mind about what he wants in his future. If Cristina is not it... then beat it. These two will take a break, which will lead to some great scenes with Meredith and Cristina. They will work it out when Owen realizes he'd rather have Cristina and no child then neither.

Sean: I really don't know. To be honest, I think it is huge that they even decided to go to couples counseling. That was certainly a step in the right direction, but their relationship makes for some tense moments. There's going to be a lot of work on both ends, but it needs to be both ends.

Christina: A real full-fledged break up, finally! There’s way too much anger between these two, and they need the time and space to figure out if their marriage is worth fighting for or not.

4. Amelia's visit to SGH gives Derek a different type of arc to play. Should his baby sister visit more often?

Courtney: I've mentioned before that I am not the biggest fan of Private Practice, but Amelia is a character that I can enjoy. She should visit more often; after all, she is Derek's family. She needs to come back and spend some time with Meredith and Zola.

Sean: I didn't mind her visit as it does give Derek more to do than just dealing with Meredith and Zola, but it wasn't really doing much for me. I'm more of on a take it or leave it attitude.

Christina: Yes! Private Practice has been incredible this season and Amelia has definitely played her part well. I agree that she ought to visit more often so that she can spend some time getting to know her niece and Meredith. Better yet, the McFamily could also have a weekend getaway in LA visiting Amelia. Next crossover?!

5. Alex Karev: Selfish and terrible or broken and confused? Make a prediction for Alex for the remainder of the season.

Courtney: Broken and confused. We don't know too much about Alex's background except that he was tossed around between foster homes. This guy has never had a real family who didn't leave him until Meredith, Cristina, etc. There is obviously trust issues so he puts on a tough guy persona. We all know that there is a softie underneath who just wants to take care of children since no one ever cared for him. Alex is going to continue to rock peds and end up with the fellowship, hopefully meeting a girl along the way.

Sean: I think Alex is simply Alex and unlike every one else, he doesn't have that special someone to focus his attentions on. His work is the only thing he really has to worry about. So he can be a little hard laced, arrogant, and sometimes selfish, but the guy isn't a bad guy. I think he's going to continue to grow and maybe some of his edge might soften and he might broaden his scope of importance beyond simply medicine.

Christina: Can I go with all of the above? I think that he is finally finding his way, though, and his road to redemption can’t be too far off ahead as he becomes less selfish, terrible, broken and confused.

So mer was getting sick when she smelled the fingers in the grinder! Wouldn't it be exciting if she was prego!!!

Bring Izzie back for Alex. They need each other.

1. "BE MY PERSON" speech thing by Cristina.
2. No, I think Mere would rock General Surgery. She doesn't have a talent for a certain type I guess. Or we haven't discovered it yet. Like Karev and peds or Derek and Neuro, it's just magic seeing them with their specialties and Mere hasn't found hers. I don't think hers is Ortho, but I could be wrong.
3. I don't know, but if they break up it won't be the end of the world... It will just completely suck.
4. YES!
5. Don't really care. Karev always turns out okay in the end anyway. I mean it's Alex. He's fine. He's just confused. As long as they don't pull another George O'Malley on us... God, I could not take that.

There is only one solution to the alex problem...bring back Izzy Stevens!!!!! :)

I'm pretty sure the whole Callie/Mer pairing is just to study for boards, and I think it hilarious. I don't think Mer is taking up ortho

I think that Grey's is finally going south. Meredith considering Orth is ridiculous and Amelia is boring and scattered - very unlikely for Derek's sister. If Alex needs to be with Izzy then I think it's about time he was written out as well. I'll keep watching, because I absolutely am addicted but I hope the storyline picks up soon.

1. I loved the whole dialogue between Richard and Callie, it was hilarious !
2. I like the team Mer/Callie but I can't see Mer in ortho, this is just too far from what she is. She should be either in Neuro or General surgeon, and I prefer the last one. She is trying so much to be far from her mom, one common thing at least would be nice.
3. Most boring storyline, I really don't care anymore.
4. Amy doesn't bother me but I don't enjoy it that much either. I would prefer to have Addie back more often.
5. Alex is great with kids, but never cared so much about the adults around, except the initial interns team. I think he will bet there at work for sure, as Arizona definitly loooks after him in one of the sweetest mentor relationships. He needs a GIRLFRIEND though. It is time to either bring Izzie back or Lucy (hasn't her new show crashed or so anyway ?)

The family reunion should see Amelia, Nancy, the other two sister we have yet to meet as well as Mama Sheppard.

1. The best scene was when Richard told Callie to take Mer under her wing. That was an amazing lol type scene. 2. I think Mer should have more than one specialty. A triple board certified Orthopaedic, Neuro and General Surgeon. If there is anyone who could do it, its Meredith Sheppard-Grey. 3. I am over Owenstina now and couldn't care what happens. They are at an immovable impasse. The only way out is if one gives in. I am pro life so I'm hoping Xtina chooses to have a child. Or they should break up and Xtina should enter into a lesbian relationship with Teddy. 4. Yes! Amelia's storyline has been amazing and they have a great chemistry. I really want a Sheppard family reunion at the McHouse at thanksgiving! 5. Alex needs Izzie. Then he will be whole again.

1.Mer's 'You're not a freak' said to Callie,Mer was smiling behind her mask and Callie understood.
2.No.I think Mer would rock at any speciality she could choose.I'd love to see her back doing neuro, which would mean Lex wouldn't be working with Der all the time.I'm resigned to Mer being a generalsurgeon.
3.Would Cris have a child so Owen would stay?No IMO.Owen has to decide whether he will give up being a dad because he'd rather be with Cris.
4.Alex's upbringing should always influence how he is.It'd be a shame if he were to become as PC as everyone else
