I do not think Juliette was "angry" at Nick for not showing up. I twas more like a cold shower - Finding the ring and then this happening.
Through the seasons Nick's house got trashed, He and Juliette got stalked by refrigibeaver things, Nick ended up in the hospital and he had to constantly keep secrets and be late.
Its not that he is late that made her feel that way in the end of ep - I think she just caught up with the idea of what kind of life a "Cop's wife" will have to lead. Till now they have been living in the NOW and in this episode she realized on what will be. On how he would be late to home and how one day he might not even return, ending up dead as cops usually do.
Thats what that scene is about, IMO.

I'm beginning to love this show! especially ,the caracter of monroe has its facettes and hey, from a murder suspect who creeps out little kids riding their bikes in front of his house to the best friend of the Grimm even with access to the secret trailer...
juliette and nick...she's really sweet, but I sense some big drama coming up for nick. either she's gonna find out...or seperate him and than end up with anoter Wesen (just one side comment, their German prononciation is SO horrible!!! like for Wesen or Löwen, you don't know it's German if you don't look it up in wikipedia...they could do some effort their!)
as for Renard, there were already references to him as royalty: the reaper in a previous episode who bowed in front of him. and the Hexenbiester that are loyal to royalty
