Victoria had no chance to do it,she never left the party.
Fauxmanda would have no reason to know Takeda.
I don't think Grandpa Grayson knows Clarke is innocent, even though he was chairman of the company Clarke worked for,he sounds too sure and guiltless in talking about him.
David Clarke can't be alive,he died in prison.

I think we're supposed to believe it's Takeda, and I think there's a good chance he's heavily involved. Is Nolan working with him? Does faux-manda know who he is, or did she just think she was getting a ride out of there? The previews show a scene in which Daniel appears to be digging in the floorboard hiding spot, would Emily really put her Infinity box back there? Also, where was Grandpa Grayson during all of this? Could he somehow be working with Takeda? (Most likely not, if he knew what Takeda knew I think he would take down Emily himself.) And how much did Tyler tell Daniel about Emily? So many questions!!

Not sure who pulled the trigger yet...but I do believe when all is said and done it will be discovered that David Clarke is not really dead. I think in the end he will seek the final revenge or rescue his daughter from danger. Something to think about ????

I really, really pity Daniel. He is the one that had little to nothing to do with anything, and yet he's poised to be the one to suffer the most from everything that has happened/is happening/will happen.

I look forward to the scene where Daniel finds (faux) Emily's box. That should be interesting.
In regards to who shot Tyler, I think I'll wait another episode or two before I establish a theory.
