I suspect Pellant takes the baby. It is controversial, and nothing anyone here has suggested comes close to being controversial. Proposals? Hardly controversial. And Booth would never say no to Brennan. If the last image is to be haunting, if there is the potential for controversy, the only thing I can think of is that someone dies, or the baby is last seen in Pellant's arms as he drives away or some such.

All I can tell the writers is this: IT AIN'T BROKE, DON'T TRY TO FIX IT!!!!!! Killing off characters is pure writer laziness and would really tick off some of the most devoted fans in the world. You (writers) have the chance to make this a classic TV program, good for a lot more years, if you just use your brains instead of your egos.

Maybe it will be a professional partnership issue which could have serious consequences on B&B's personal one. We can only wait with some trepidation for the fallout that has been promised. Let's also add a large dose of optimism into the pot for the survival of this lovely couple's dual partnerships and the continuation of the show.

Hart has said that they do not put children in peril, they are not that kind of a show, hopefully nothing has changed on that front. I'm thinking that either Bth or Brennan get hurt, that would affect their partnership and roll over into next season, perhaps even considering whether to continue working together since they now have a family. Just guessing as we all are.

Ideas the audience wouldn't be happy with:
Booth has been so preoccupied, annoyingly so, with not being like his father maybe he does something his father might.
Brennan thinking the only way to keep her family safe from Pellant is to leave...sound familiar.
They have been talking about Sweets being more active, i.e. gave him a weapon, maybe Sweets kills someone not under the appropriate circumstances and rethinks how he has been digging into what Booth has done in his past.
I can personally care less to have anymore mysterious family show up trying to take time from the families we care to see on screen.

Actually, I don't care. I like this web site better than I like this show now. And yes, I read reviews of shows I do not watch, and I read reviews of shows I watch and don't like. Live with it.

I wish it would be a proposal or something, but by everyone saying we wont like it,and then these hints, i have a really bad feeling it will be about the baby, i hope im wrong, it would ruin the show.

*smacks hand over mouth* Booth's mom is going to make an appearance! The past in the present? Cliffhanger? Imagine: Booth, Brennan, and Christine are in the diner happily eating when a woman in her sixties walks in and questions "Seeley? He responds with a questioning look then...."I'm your mother." DUN DUN DUNNNNNNNNNN.
