The latest Game of Thrones promotional poster avoids any spoiler-related controversy from last week's image of Ned Stark and instead - pardon the obvious pun, but we can't resist - focuses on the egg-cellent adventure to come for Emilia Clarke's beloved character.

In a recent interview with EW, Clarke offered up a few season two teases, including the revelation that, although we last saw Daenerys in all her dragon-based glory, the opening few episodes this spring will find Targaryen in a state of depression.

Game of Thrones returns to HBO on April 1.
