I love this entire storyline all though the first two seasons did grab my attention a bit more than season 3 is right now... I had never heard of this show until about a month ago... I have netflix so i decided out of boredom to watch an episode to see if it might grab my attention, three days later i ended up watching both season one and season two... in desprate attempts i searched online for season 3 and have finally caught up to everyone else... I want damen to be with elana yet im torn because stefan and her are just so cute together... i want klaus to be with someone and change his ways as with rebecca.... but i also love the suspence that the first two seasons had... bring back the suspense... lol

Regardless of the fact that I feel bad for Damon, still I'm glad that he's trying to help his brother to get to his old self knowing that it will be a step for Stefan to be with Elena again.

i love daimon and hes hot but lately clouse is pretty hot to me and hes changing so him and caroline should be togather and daimon needs to be with me but since that wont happen lets go with alaina and stephen stop being an ass hole !

Klaus shouldn't be stopped neither should Rebecca it's too early for that we need to see more from the originals..

I agree with all the comments saying that this description doesn't sound interesting AT ALL - as well as the last episodes were a total letdown! I'm so hoping the show gets better again...
Did they change writers or producers during the winter break? I can't believe the people, who made such a great first part of season 3, are now running out of ideas / interesting storylines.

I don't know, hate to be a pessimist,but like with Dangerous Liaisons I was very excited and it wasn't what I expected, so lets just hope!

I hope this ep is less boring than it sounds.. Season 3 started with immense potential and I feel let down at this point..

But Ikm still madly in love with this show, even though there's a lot more to watch, like Ringer, Revenge, Pretty Little liars, they still don't come close to my heart and soul. Vamps is still the best supernatural show on screen right now.

I agree with you Spindae, the thing about TVD is, it only needs to drop it's standard slightly and the episode will seem completely underwhelming, but after I've watched the epi for a second time, it's like I'm seeing it with clearer eyes and while these last few were good, they weren't as spectacular as before the winter break.

Kol, how is it possible that you and Bored Now spend more time commenting on TVD, than any other show? In what world does that make sense? I really thought by now, you wouldn't even be giving it the time of day.
@Bored Now: I guess we don't really know if Sage is a new villain for sure, I mean there is still the whole Original business to deal with but I guess it would be nice if she turns out bad...
Seems like Damon finds out about the secret tree...but why would they include that in the synopsis though? Seems they are letting the audience know more than they should...I don't know, doesn't seem like a very interesting episode

A new villain introduced through flashback arrives in mystic falls(Katherine>Klaus>Sage) with an agenda, Damon finds a secret weapon(Device>Bonnie>????) that will totally NOT work and Elena is all caring mary sue redeeming people with her care and mary-sueness...

I'm still excited and can't wait to see what happens to all the residents of Mystic Fall! Just because I love Stefan, Elena, Tyler, Caroline, Bonnie, Matt, Alaric, Jeremy and Damon. Do not really care about the Originals but would love to see more of the love relationship between Stefan/Elena. Too much darkness need some light.
I love this show! It is as good as it ever was and I am counting the days until it's return

the show is losing it's edge! Earlier I couldn't wait for it to but, after the last sloppy Original mess episode I really need something huge to fall in love again!!
No mentioning of Tyler or Jeremy ! :( Hope they appear at least around 3x20!
