Jessica Lange and Zachary Quinto are not the only American Horror Story alums who will return for season two of this FX drama.
At last night's PaleyFest12 panel, producer Ryan Murphy and Brad Falchuk confirmed the following actors/actresses will play some role on their hit series this fall:
- Evan Peters (Tate).
- Sarah Paulson (psychic Billie Dean).
- Lily Rabe (Nora).
Like Lange and Quinto, all three will take on new characters.
"Everybody will be playing the opposite of what they played,” Murphy told fans and reporters, giving the only hint of what roles these stars might take on and adding that others from season one could also stop by: "Anybody could pop up at any time."
And while the series creator acknowledged season two will be set on the East Coast and tell a different story than last year - "a supernatural element" will be part of it, he simply said," teasing the focus as "more historically accurate" than season one - Murphy did say one loose end from the opening season will be tied up at some point:
“We have not lost sight of [Constance's] four child," he said. “We want to answer that.”
