The judge calling a sudden mistrial, then asking Diane to stay. It was equally awkward and riveting. Both Diane and us was curious as to what the judge wanted. The best scenes centers around the judge and his opinion on lawyers, while being represented by them. He would probably stay out of any legal squabbles in the future.
Callie ehh, she needs more of an introduction. I did like when she was asked the island question though. Not too sure bout her and Will.
Oddly the good wife holds its own with any story line, but this one was flat. I'm not sure if the politics bit would have made a difference.

When the hell is everybody going to get it the show is over on the Will/Alicia bit she has moved on and isn't looking back at him. He proved what side of the street he's on and she doesn't want anything to do with it.

-The Kalinda/Lana scene. As a big Kalinda fan, that was an interesting and heartbreaking scene to watch.
-I like Julianne Nicholson so I wouldn't mind if Callie stayed around.
-I assumed the Governor race would be a major part of next season so I didn't mind it being put off for this episode.
-A, this is my favorite show right now. I have learned not to expect too much from television shows and this show continues to surprise me because it is so well written and acted.

- Cary returning. Watching Cary is like dealing with my brother. He gets under my skin, makes me want to slap him repeatedly, and all around irritates me beyond what's comprehensible. I don't always like him but I love him and need him. Cary is where he belongs now. They need him there.
-no. For all the reasons double C mentioned. Will 's women always suck.
-yes and no. I didn't mind it taking a backseat.
Veronica: Do you love my daughter? Will: I'm sorry? Veronica: Because if you do it's time to stop being polite about it, You have a window, but it's closing....
