Sorry, Plec, but it was you who got distracted with his character arch, and it's kinda late to turn it around in the last two episodes.
You can't have a character slowly grow into something more than one sided villain and then realise you want to kill him off and go "NO LOOK HE IS BEYOND REDEMPTION I PROMISE" just because you need dramatic deaths in your finale.
i could fap to klaus all through out the episode even he's not doing anything, that's only of the things why I watch this show. SEX SELLS Julie Plec knows that too bad she sucks in writing.

agree with you on all points- but i think alaric is an original vampire in the sense that he was not turned by another vampire but was created like the other originals by dark magic and the blood of the doppelganger.

I don´t know-.... I feel like they messed up the whole Klaus-Caroline "relationship"....they had SO much potential... nobody expected them to have such a great chemistry.... and sadly Caroline is very much becoming Elena 2.0 ...
i just did not feel season 3 at ALL... the writing was mediocre at best... I feel disappointed...

I couldn't disagree more with everything you've said @Tammy. Not meaning any disrespect but I'm so tired of the two of you (lol) complaining about popular opinion ie Non SE fans/viewers letting their voices be heard. Isn't that the premise of the show and this site in particular? Otherwise, why travel to the world wide web and complain that your in the minority?

Klaus is such a great addition to The Vampire Diaries. Hope to see alot more of Klaus and Rebekah. Please Dear Delena's please stop with the constant complaing. I say that with the utmost respect. It's just some of us fans want to see an entire show. To be honest Klaus is like the Season 1 Damon. Klaus is fierce and a bada-ss with a capital B. Kind of wish Damon would go back to the tough guy who played with the women. Would be great for Season 1 Damon and Klaus have a fight. Wonder who'd win.

Also, @nij, agreed. They really let that one go, didn't they? It could be because Stefan forced Klaus to send all the hybrids out of Mystic Falls. I'm telling you, they are trying to do too much with TVD lately, too much mythos and convoluted spell crap. I liked Season 1...when the storylines were a bit slower and better developed. The Esther return thing was ridiculous...I don't know..I just want the writers to take their time and make everything more logical...not all the "shockers" are necessary..just a few are fine.
Slightly off topic, but the one thing I am taking "logic" issues with at the moment is that Alaric is said to have been turned into an "Original". The "Originals" are called such because they were the ORIGINAL vampires. Plec should have written it/explained it as a powerful spell that makes him as strong as an Original. I love TVD, but sometimes I think the writers just don't think things through all the way... they let logic fail to make a story "work".

I really hope that Klaus brings in his little army of hybrids. We've spent so much time on the development of the hybrid and his hybrid army that it'd a colossal shame if he didn't recruit his army in the battle against Alaric. Otherwise, I'll feel as though we wasted a lot of time...

Im predicting a Klaus vs bad Alaric finale in which the Salvatores have to kill Alaric to save Elena.
Frickin elena she's not the doppelganger as much as the jinxagonger.
Elena : I just want to kill her. It's that simple.

Lol@ klaus doing heroic stuff....completely decimates the idea of his character.
Also, sorry plec, just like with Elena, TOO LITTLE TOO LATE. Klaus is already a wimpy bunny eater and nothing will change that.
