Oops I mean if Tyler survives this season, that means Klaus probably will too. I'm disappointed. The originals are dragging the show down and have overstayed their welcome, in my opinion. I'd be willing to sacrifice Tyler if it meant we could be rid of the originals (except for the beloved Elijah). I'd much rather lose Klaus and Tyler than lose Alaric. We've all loved Alaric and his subsequent relationships with the other characters since season one. I'm too attached to let go of Ric now.

Ok, lately I've been doing a lot of complaining about Forwood and in particular, how the writers have handled tyler this season, so first of all let me just say; HOORAY! Tyler lives!!!
That being said, I'm very skeptical about the "big stuff" awaiting Tyler's character in season 4. When you look at it on paper, season 3 should have meant big things for him but instead it was used to back him into an ineffectual corner. As far as we've been told, there's really no advantage to being a hybrid, killing them seems easy enough( even Jeremy can take one down!), and considering all the hype surrounding them at the end of last season, the writers really let that storyline fizzle. Lastly, since Tyler and klaus are linked by bloodline, it means he'll also survive to season 4 which means a whole lot more of this ridiculous klaus-Caroline-Tyler triangle.

Tyler as Klaus's sired hybrid went from this possible bromance, to master-servant, to king-peasant relationship real fast. Klaus basically laughed at Tyler's little bracelet gift to Caroline, and told her "I can give you something more expensive and I'm more cultured and sophisticated than my lowly sired hybrid." I like Klaus, a lot, maybe too much, but he is elitist.
If I could choose a character to get rid of, it would be Bonnie. She's everyone's meat puppet.

I really hate that tyler is a lameass hybrid,loved it wayy more when he was a straight up werewolf.He stood out as the shows lone wolf and that was cool.
And I hope that the big things for his character coming up next season DO NOT INCLUDE a possible child with Caroline...that would be super lame.

Great that Tyler is coming back, but PLEASE kill Klaus by the end of the season, for real this time. I cannot survive another season of "let`s kill Klaus" and he has done far too horrible things to be redeemed as a regular character. He needs to die and that soon. Saving Tyler is going to be the problem, I wish they hadn`t written themselves into that corner. If it comes down to that, I`d rather see Klaus and Tyler gone then another season with Klaus. But I fear with Julie Plec`s fangirl love of Joseph Morgan, she will ruin the show and let Klaus live. PLEASE NOT!!!

I am happy that Tyler will not be dying anytime soon! However that must mean that for the foreseeable future the rest of the originals will not be going anywhere unless they end up finding a away to kill the originals without every one else in the blood line dying.

I'm really happy about this, i like Tyler. And i like Forwood, they are perfect together. I'm not into another triangle with Klaus, but for now i'm just glad he gets to survive the season :D

Love Klaroline and it's soo cool that Tyler and Klaus are both gonna fight for her. She's not Tyler's babsitter and has risked her life a lot bacause of him. She deserves someone like Klaus and btw, this is only a show so we know Klaroline caused a BIG reaction and we know the producers are making it happen so Klaroline all the way, for me, as u see the best character is vampire barbie and the best ship/couple is Klaroline
