Gossip Girl Producers Preview "The Fugitives"

In their weekly preview video, Joshua Safran and the producers of Gossip Girl share some clips from "The Fugitives" and give us some insight as to how the heck Bart is alive ... and where we go from here.

Here's what we've learned from their episode preview:

  • Bart's car accident was ... not an accident.
  • Everybody's together again except for Dan.
  • Dan gets another shot at his Rome fellowship, and he asks Blair to join him.
  • This leads into a really fun story that has been in the writers' heads since the middle of Season 3 and will provide a different kind of twist on the history of Serena and Blair's friendship.
  • Nate and Lola are intent on exposing Diana's past, which she's not keen on.

    @Zoran, Sorry I didn't answer, but I had to do something. We are really neighbors. And as you assume I'm from Bulgaria. :)

    @ Elisa, thanks for the compliment, but I do not think your memory is no worse than mine! That we will see tomorrow what happened to the UES. Bye!

    @Zoran, you might be right. Geez, you have an excellent memory! Sometimes you can make me wonder why I don't remember all those scenes! You can make me have doubts about my memory! Lol.
    The moment of truth is coming, so hopefully by tomorrow afternoon I will be here and see/comment on what happened!

    @ Morgana, I'm sorry I do not mean anything bad, but I think you're from Bulgaria. I am in the neighborhood (Belgrade). I am glad that you liked my comments.

    Zoran, I always read with interest your comments and once again you didn't disappoint me. The idea of Vanderbilt and Bart as enemies is really intriguing.
    Angliiskiyat mi e losh. Kolko jalko.

    @ Elisa, should not threaten the friendship between Nate and Chuck. In the past Nate has clashed with his grandfather. Last time it was around the Spectator. I think the writers are repeated 2 or 3 season when Nate resisted the influence of his grandfather (the most about college). Maybe Nate can help Chuck / Bart, because Nate is one of his favorite, if we even can say, grandson of the old Vanderbilt. Nate knowledge of the Vanderbilt family can be of great use to Chuck / Bart. It looked like the 4 season, when Nate's father helped Chuck.

    @Zoran, yeah, now that you make me think about it, Nate's grandfather is the character who has the darkest/most unknown past of all. You always see him plotting against someone, even against his own relatives, so no wonder if he turns out to be the notorious competitor. I just wonder whether this disclosure will affect Nate and Chuck's friendship... I really don't know how this storyline will end, but despite being quite like a soap-opera, it's the most interesting storyline of the entire season, I guess... I will for sure watch this new episode, because I'm really curious!

    @Elisa
    Exactly @ Elisa, Diana / Indiana is madam of the brothel, where Blair and Chuck found alive Bart. Now, needs to disclose her relationship with Bart, and then on to Nate grandfather. It seems that all of them are the customers or brothel owners. Currently all of the characters in the series we know very little about the old Vanderbilt. He is currently the only one capable of being Bart competitive. Somewhat I do not remember that a Nate grandfather was at the funeral of Bart, but that friend of Bart whom Chuck met at the restaurant was not at the funeral too(season 2). About Diana / Indiana story should be finished this season, but Bart and his resurrection we will see in season 6.
