To all the people out there sending death threats to Julie Plec. Relax, she didn't murder your dog or your family. Those rapid fanbases need to chill out. The finale was fantastic much like the last 3 episodes. The triangle is far from over. Elena made her choice (According to Plec) for who she was at that exact moment in time. She made her choice as a human. As a human she's meant to be with Stefan (that's absolutely true). As a vampire, almsot every fan will agree she'll end up with Damon. Everything he's compulsed her to forget will come back to her in the premiere & the sexual tension will continue, the finale choice was tied to her death so as to continue the love triangle. the tyler twist was forced. I'm absolutely sick of Klaus. Matt was an ass before the show started apparently. The flashbacks were sweet but kind of overused. The damon reveal was expected.
On a whole. Season 3 fizzled more than popped like seasons 1 & 2, but the entire show is still better than 90% of

I agree that, from a rational point of view, a lot of things did not make sense, but while I was watching, I did not care. I was on the edge of my seat, surprised by what just happened and wondering what's to come. And they delivered. Seeing Caroline crying and Damon realising Elena was dead? Heartbreaking. Seeing Klaus in Tyler's body didn't change my reaction, because I believe Tyler is dead. That was my reaction, anyhow. I think his soul is gone. And like most of you, I wish Elena will remember meeting Damon first and all the times he compelled her. Because I too, believe she made the safe choice, she is probably afraid of the love, the consumption she feels with Damon.

Well, although we may not have had our delena ending at least if shes turning in to a vampire we know that she'll remember everything damon compelled her to forget.. like when he first told her he loved her and now the fact that he met her first- just like she said when they were on the phone.
But i swear to fucking god, if Julie strings me along for a whole season again without them finally coming together then imma hunt down that bitch and tell her to keep her boring ass ship if she wants to run the show into the ground.

The scene with Damon meeting Elena first PISSES ME OFF!!!!!!! Really your going to change the story that we knew from the beginning just so you can keep the love triangle alive.
Again I dont think Stefan is a safe choice. Neither are a safe choice. Love is not safe especially when everyone this girl loves dies off.
Still REALLY REALLY REALLY TICKED OFF about the damon/elena scene. Just a plot device. STUPID!!

I am a Stefan fan. So whatever makes Stefan happy am with it, even if it is Elena. I don't really believe the whole met your first thing , because the fact is she loves stefan and even if Damon meet Elena first. Damon was all into Katherine, he was the only one that knew she was still alive. I think he like the idea of Elena but back he loved Katherine not Elena. Stefan was there when she need someone when she thought she was lost, I didn't see Damon even doing back then, definitely now but not them. Igipenext season when she is a vampire she will see that Damon was there first but say ok doesn't mean I will ever stop loving Stefan that why she chose him because she still loves him, and I don't know if she loves Damon but I have to hear outcome out her mouth. So Damon and Elena fans I hope u get a chance to but if I see that face Stefan made when the love of his life told him the she had feeling for his brother, then damonand Elena fans can have them togwt

I liked the final!It took place somewhere between action,emotion,stupid ideas and purely dark Magic!

Alaric's hunt was perfect! They played it great! Killing Klaus, Saving Becca, getting his ass kicked! Damon was the star! And he played it right!
Emotion!
It was obvious Elena will choose Stefan! He is her guy, the one who loves and respects her! They are Stelena and cheers for that! But now E will know she met D first!
Caroline did an extraordinary job! Who didn't got chills when she got into the cave crying? Love Foorwood! And how will they handle Klaus doesn't having a body!
The goodbye between Jer and AlariC! RIP!

I am happy she chose Stefan they are meant to be. Honestly her meeting Damon does not change things she dated Stefan first.. It is always going to be Stefan in that moment she thought of who did she want to see first.. Stefan.
I think they need to give Damon Simone else that wants him for him.

Elena drowning, that scene was very tragic, and beautifully shot. It was a haunting image though.
As for everything else, it was disappointing and obvious, with Tylaus being the exception. As vengeance for DE and Damon fans everywhere, I hope Damon gets his own agenda again, like in S1. I hope Damon goes on an Original murder spree. I hope Elena eats everyone of her neighbors. I hope Elena's daylight ring is chunky and ugly. I hope she wakes up sire bonded to Damon.

I seriously don't think that Elena is a vampire.
I think they’re going to take the loophole that prevented Jeremy from becoming a vampire when he drank Anna’s blood and tried to kill himself.
If you guys remember, Jeremy woke up all suddenly like that, and he was perfectly human because the vamp blood healed his body instead of turning him into a vampire.
All this episode showed was Elena waking up as what we assume is a vampire. What if she's just waking up human? I think it's totally possible. Yes, Alaric died, but Elena could've died for a second before the vamp blood healed her. When people do CPR on a drowning victim, they often die for a second and are brought back to life. Why not Elena?

Elena is going to change a lot when she becomes a vamp. I honestly think they might have her go a little crazy, maybe kind of slutty and party girl with an attitude. I mean, Elena turning to a vamp and settling down with Stefan would make for the most boring fourth season ever... the writers know this.
Also I agree that her remembering all of Damon's compels she forgot might make her change her mind a bit. I feel like Damon will bring out her inner-vamp wild child but at the end of the show she will choose Stefan because he was first, shows always end where they begin, and he would balance her if she went vamp crazy.
I used to think I was a Delena fan but I realized I'm just a Damon fan. Stefan and Elena are beyond brooding and boring. Either Elena needs to become a fun vampire or they need to introduce a new really likeable girl character for Damon, because all the fans love Damon and we need him to be happy, not moping around about boring Elena.

Three words ... Breaking Dawn Ending!! Elena deserves to die for not at least telling Damon she loved him when she thought he was gonna die. Stelena kiss was the most passionless kiss I've seen. I bet her kissing Jeremy would have been hotter. S2 and S3 now officially a waste and Delena and forwood have been left in the dust in favor of the"safe choice" . Since when does "in love" equal "safe"

There's still hope, Damon fans! Elena gave one of the reasons for picking Stefan as she met him first, he came to her when she was lost... but during the drowning scene it was revealed that Damon met her first, wished her to get everything she ever wanted, then compelled her to forget... I think it was the writers way of telling Damon fans all hope is not lost!!
And please let Tyler survive!!!!

Alright, I'm a big crazy person, because I loved this finale. LOVED IT. Except for one small thing:
When Stefan RIPPED THE DOOR off the truck and helped Matt to safety, ELENA WAS CONSCIOUS. I actually screamed at the TV "Unbuckle the seatbelt and swim to the f*cking shore!"
So that I hated.
I did, however, LIKE that she and Damon both used the word "consumed" because it made his meeting her first seem more plausible somehow.

I literally just started crying when damOn had met Elena first. And the question I want answered is y didn't Stefan just break Elena's dads window so he could have swam up because he was still conscious he could have still been alive.i wonder what's gonna happen with klaroline since klaus is in Tyler's body.will he act like Tyler and come back or will he run off .

I wish they did a period of Elena spiraling out of control, because of how many people she lost like a normal teenage girl would do before turning her. Drink a little. Party a little. Damon a little. Careless and reckless fun. But no she needs to act like a 90 year old. She really pisses me off but at the same time I don't want to see Damon with someone else I want Elena to reciprocate his love. He really loves her and this rejection literally can be the end of him. What are thy goin to do with season 4!? There can't be any more hope for Damon if after this whole season she couldn't even tell him she loves him but wants to come back home to her friends. Or anything. Shea so evil..
Ps- imagine it was Katherine the whole time or something like that. Id kill them.
Willow was well developed character and the build up to dark side was gradual and awesome from the very first second we met her.
Bonnie is characterless plot device.

So what's happened so far:
1.) Tyler has been possessed by an Evil Klaus spirit which allows the line of the Bloody Mary vampiric line to survive.
2.) Forwood and Klaroline fans can rejoice, because we now have a merger of characters to get the attraction of our beloved Caroline.
3.) Matt is alive and well, but in a watery coma.
4.) Rebecca is still alive and well because she is just lingering.
5.) Stefan is alive and well. It has technically 'Won' Elena's heart again. She owes him everything.
6.) Alaric is dead. RIP, but he is a ghost spirit that promises to come back to always look over he's adoptive children.
7.) Jeremy is alone again, but apparently has baggage from Denver.
8.) Bonnie has gone 'Evil Willow' on us and has an evil personality.
9.) Meredith had the surrogate move to lie and protect Elena at all cost. Thus a blood infusion from? Damon's stolen blood?
10.) And Elena is under transition. Not a vampire. Will she choose to die a mortal life? Does she have a cho

I'm do glad Rebekah killed Elena although she ended up as a vampire. I was so angry when she didn't pick Damon so thank you Rebekah, ad my heart literally sank when klaus was staked.

Ok SERIOUSLY TVD?!! Or should I say seriously Julie Plec?!! You're saying that Damon was in town the same time as Stefan when they hadn't previously seen each other for 10 years. So within 10 minutes Elena met both brothers?! REALLY? So ridiculously far fetched and just a terrible crutch for writing. And Elena saying "Maybe if I met you first?". Ok c'mon, she said that to make him feel better, by no means is that what she was basing her decision on. And then for Elena to use the words consumed by Damon with Matt and then Damon saying that's what she wants. That's Damon's words, not hers. This season was so unfocused. Wish it would have had more direction like previous seasons and actually I really just want Kevin Williamson to be more on board to put this show right again. Plec is just playing with everyone's emotions and it's hurting the storylines.

It was fitting that Elena drowned.. As this whole season was underwater from the start. The speeches were terrible writing all season long. Just lazy, manufactured and lacking of life.
Her choice, " I can't think about always all I can think about is right now ". Really Julie P, really is that a defiant choice.. ~ Soap me up a piece of that shipping war #
This show needs better writers , more structure and someone to slow it down. Make the little things have a greater value.
Although this was it for me I'm done..
Great news for those that are coming back in the fall. That's Bored Now is also finally and hopefully done too.

I could not be happier she chose Stefan. They are soulmates. Watch the first season if you don't believe that. Damon is hot and funny and a fan favorite but he is not the right guy for Elena. He needs someone who will choose him first and that was not Katherine and it's clearly not Elena. Stefan and Elena together will always be the right choice. Find Damon someone who isn't already in love with his brother.
Elena : I just want to kill her. It's that simple.

I could not be happier she chose Stefan. They are soulmates. Watch the first season if you don't believe that. Damon is hot and funny and a fan favorite but he is not the right guy for Elena. He needs someone who will choose him first and that was not Katherine and it's clearly not Elena. Stefan and Elena together will always be the right choice. Find Damon someone who isn't already in love with his brother.
