I think it's either the Kid... (the doctor's son) or if its REALLY a major character then it's O'hara, and her baby will be given to Jackie, godmother.

O'Hara......With all the emphasis put on who will be helping her with the baby I can't help but feel she may die during childbirth. Then who will get the baby? And can Jackie stay sober during that?....

I could also see it being Kevin in an MVC. He has already shown signs of reckless driving when he is upset. This development w/ Eddie coming forward may just tip him into a rage.

Jackie's soon to be ex husband will die in an accident. She will be left to raise her children alone next season. Just a guess.

Of course it can't be Nurse Jackie. The show would cease to exist. I am sure that it will make sense to the plot.
