Nurse Jackie: Season 6: Can Jackie Peyton (multiple Emmy winner, Edie Falco) spiral any further? Of course she can and does in the sixth season of the Showtime series. Before the final season kicks off on April 12th, catch up on last season. The series also has one of the best casts in the TV game - besides Falco, fellow Emmy winner Merritt Wever, Anna Deavere Smith, Stephen Wallem, Dominic Fumusa, Peter Facinelli and Paul Schulze. Here is an exclusive clip from the DVD with star Edie Falco talking about Jackie's dangerous walk on the dark side.

Also at Showtime alongside Nurse Jackie are the comedies Episodes: Season 3 and House Of Lies: Season 3, both available now on DVD or Blu-ray. With Episodes, Matt LeBlanc (best known for playing Joey on Friends) plays a comedic version of himself and the show sends up the insanity of Hollywood every week. Over at House of Lies, Marty Kahn (Don Cheadle) does his best to maneuver and outwit competitors both outside and inside his company as well as try to keep the peace at home with father and sexually questioning son. Both critically acclaimed shows have their own unique tone and situations that will have you laughing the entire season.

Showtime does not have the comedy market cornered and two of their best examples are Girls and Looking. Both series are currently airing new episodes but if you can't get enough of the edgy HBO comedies, Girls Season 3 and Looking Season 1 are available. With Girls, follow the adventures of Hannah (Lena Dunham) and her friends in New York City. Relationships, careers, family and more are explored through Dunham's unique filter. And for the gay side of things, we move to San Francisco for the adventures of Patrick (Jonathan Groff), Dom (Murray Bartlett) and Agustin (Frankie J. Alvarez) as they also try to find their place in the world and maybe find a slide of happiness along the way.

Classic TV: Of course, while there's so much to currently watch on TV, more and more great classic TV is available on DVD and Blu-ray. The best picks of the current crop include The Wonder Years: Season 2, which continues the story of Kevin Arnold (Fred Savage) and his growing up in the 1960s, Little House On The Prairie Season 4 which will keep those desires for good family television in check and the eleventh season of Gunsmoke is now available in two volumes that shows how the west was won, or at least managed by Sherriff Matt Dillon (James Arness).

Nurse Jackie Quotes

Don't ever say "ta-da." The only people that say "ta-da" are magicians or idiots.

Jackie Peyton

Percoset should never be crushed and chewed, unless you want it to hit your system like a bolt of lightening. Which is only a problem if you're afraid of lightening.
