Amanda Peet to Befriend Alicia on The Good Wife
Another day, another impressive casting tidbit for The Good Wife Season 4.
Amanda Peet (Studio 60 on the Sunset Strip, Bent) will recur on the CBS drama as a lawyer who hires Lockhart/Gardner to represent her in a sexual assault case. Look for her to grow especially close to Alicia both personally and professionally.
Peet is the latest major name to land a role on the hit CBS drama. She joins:
- Maura Tierney as a Chicago billionaire wooed by Eli for a donation to Peter's campaign.
- Kristin Chenoweth as a political reporter looking into the Florricks.
- Nathan Lane as an accountant trying to fix the firm's finances.
- Marc Warren as Kalinda’s estranged, dangerous husband.
The Good Wife returns with new episodes on Sunday, September 30.

What I read so far from season 4 sounds promissing, I just hope they do not drown the stories with to many new faces.
