Jennifer Lopez Confirms American Idol Exit

at . Comments

First, Steven Tyler. Now, Jennifer Lopez.

A day after the Aerosmith frontman made his American Idol exit official, Jennifer Lopez has gone ahead and done the same.

Goodbye, J. Lo

"I honestly feel like the time has come that I have to get back to doing the other things that I do, that I put ... on hold because I love Idol so much," Lopez told Ryan Seacrest today on his KIIS-FM morning show, adding:

"I could do Idol for the rest of my life, but that would be giving up a bunch of other things. We had an amazing run."

With J. Lo and Tyler both now out of the fold, questions will continue to arise over their replacement. Adam Lambert? Mariah Carey? Let the chatter fly!

Who will you miss more as a judge?

Rumor has it Randy may not be back either........ Adam Lambert WOULD NOT make a good judge.......he has no real experience in the music business. Neither would Nicki Minjah or however you spell that trainwreck's name....... Just read an article that Aretha Franklin has stated she'd like to be a judge......I'd say yes to her before I would Adam Lambert.......

I'm kinda glad jlo and Steven are gone, they never critiqued them, these people go on to become stars help them fix them and show them what to do not pat them on the back for mediocre performances... Can they boot randy too
