American Horror Story

Yup. This seems about right.

FX has come out with the first official trailer for American Horror Story 2, and it's as mysterious and as creepy as we could possibly hope for.

In the spot, a nun - representing Jessica Lange's character, we presume, who be heading up a mental asylum run by the Catholic Church this fall - calmly carries a couple of buckets through a field. Buckets of body parts, that is.

A church bell rings, the character empties the bloody contents from her possession and simply moves on. Watch now and try not to shudder in front of your office mates or family members:

American Horror Story returns this October with Lange leading a cast that also features Zachary Quinto, Adam Levine James Cromwell and Bloody Face, who creator Ryan Murphy says will be this year's Rubber Man.
