Leslie Knope may have been elected to the City Council to close out Parks and Recreation Season 4, but she'll quickly learn this fall that not everyone there will be pleased to see her.

TV Line reports that comedian  Jon Glaser will appear on multiple Season 5 episodes as a town councilman, someone creator Mike Schur describes as "Leslie's nemesis."

Adds the show runner: "He doesn’t find her interesting or charming at all, and doesn’t care about her bright-eyed, bushy-tailed attitude toward making the town better… He just doesn’t like her.”

Parks and Recreation returns on Thursday, September 20 and will feature another familiar face in a run new Season 5 role:

Lucy Lawless will guest star as a love interest for Nick Offerman's Ron Swanson.
