so after watching campus visit clip I think Damon should end up with Bonnie, I know they onlt had few scenes together but I think chemistry was there. I know that Bonnie is like never,ever in my life,but that usually ends up being HOW THE HELL THIS HAPPENED?!

Just a postscript to my previous comment, I am actually enjoying this season more than I thought I would. Its more of an emotional and mental journey, but at times it seems as though the writers are kind of making things up as they go along, especially with Elena's transition. Her rejection of anything but human blood from the vein, and now the hallucinations, are these things that Katherine went through as well? In that case does it have something to with their doppelganger blood. Even if Esther is dead can't Jeremy or Bonnie reach her. The writers have said that viewers will learn more about the spell that created the Originals and then the doppelgangers, lets just hope that they don't leave it too long.

Guys, I think everyone just needs to chill out. Like whichever couple you want, that's fine...but make peace with the fact that both will probably be around forever. Elena in love with both Salvatore brothers was the premise of the books, and it seems to be going the same way in the show. Triangles make shows exciting. Get over it. We'd all be bored if one couple was always cute-sie and together all the time.
And all the people saying they won't watch if Stelena breaks up? How about watching for the awesome storylines guys? Seriously.
(Apart from that, as I said, both couples will have their day and then it will start all over again, I'm sure. Don't fret! ....And I say this as a Delena fan. But a realistic one =P )

You must be watching a different show then. Either that or you don't have common sense. If you had actually bothered to watch season 1- 3 carefully ( which i very much doubt you have) you would have seen the development that took place right from Damon being there for elena every time when she needed him,especially starting from season 2, to the mutual understanding , friendship and attraction between them and also the relationship between them has been open and real from day one unlike the numerous skeletons in closet that stelena has.. The kiss that took place in episode 10 had buildup from as early as season 2. Also it was not a one way forced kiss. Elena willingly and gladly reciprocated it and also let's not forget episode 19 where she literally attacked him on the balcony. The thing is you stelena fans treat elena as Stefan's p

Love triangles aside, I wonder if Elena's terrifying hallucinations are a result of her body rejecting the transition, or if its something to do with her being a doppelganger, in that case was Katherine ever affected like this, could it have something to do with the Original Petrova? Is Esther or another witch casting a spell on her. Could Elena even be the reincarnation of Tatia (is that why the producers say that Tatia will not be appearing any time soon?). These are just theories BTW.

He needs to redeem himself and heal the brotherly rift between him and Stefan by respecting his brothers relationship and shifting his hot gaze to sweet Bonnie :)

I have been waiting for 3 fuckin seasons now, and i have this feeling, that season 4, will be a disappointment for all Delena fans, in the end again. Like every time.. I really hope, Damon will be happy.. just for once! Season 1, he kissed Kat, Season 2, he almost died, and season 3, elena choose stefan! JP please make Delena fans happy, too..

I don't understand the animosity b/n the fandom.sure shipping wars is part of the show but who cares who Elena ends up with to be honest I want her to choose her self for once ...that would be a great ending:)

T o all the stelena fans who posted above let me clear one simple thing up : do not impose the principles of SE on DE. If any ship sounds like a broken record it is stelena (constantly going on and on about epic love without providing one single justification till date ) as compared to the huge development DE has been through. Not to mention the fact that we actually provide logical facts and reasons behind our ship. Is it finally getting too bitter now that the writers are seeing our( the only sensible) point. by all means stop watching, DE fans account for more than 90 % of the fan base and we can more than make up for a few SE fans

@bored, LOL, I know right? Technically the show should have renamed itself 2 years ago into "The DE diaries: will they or won't they?". Its sad really, because for someone who actually loved how DE was done in the books, for me tv Delena is such a pain to watch because its such a broken annoying record. Ugh is the only thing I think of when watching them having any screen time.
@Stelenafan, its sad how the writers are forcing the whole idea of now that Elena is a vampire, DE is something that can actually happen. Like human Elena is for Stefan and vampire Elena is for Damon. They are missing the whole point of the books's triangle because there Elena was perfect with both brothers when she was human and when she was a vampire, there was no specific distinction in that because as she felt all human emotions towards both brothers and when she became a vampire, the beauty of that was in the fact that she understood them better and that made her love them even more. Whatever the show is

Ugh great now I'm dying because of the Damon and Elena facing each other on Wickery Bridge still. About a million scenarios have crossed my mind and they're all killing me. Anything from stopping him from leaving town to an ILY confession from Elena to a Notebook-esque run jump kiss scene to a damn hallucination. Lord help me, I won't survive season 4.
