The Big C to Conclude with Four-Hour Event, Feature Kathy Najimy

The Big C is getting ready to say goodbye.

As previously announced, the Showtime series will bow out with a limited four-episode run in the spring of 2013. We can now confirm the title of this special event will be "Hereafter" and that both Kathy Najimy and Isaac Mizrahi will play roles.

The latter fashion guru will come on board as himself, serving as a mentor to Andrea; while Najimy will appear in all four installment as Cathy's new therapist. Guess she makes it back from that boat trip to conclude The Big C Season 3.

"The Big C succeeded in exploring one woman’s journey through cancer in a complex, thought-provoking and darkly comedic way and we’re pleased that the story will have a dramatic conclusion with these final episodes,“ said Jamie Erlicht, President, US Programming and Production, Sony Pictures Television. “We’re proud of the awards and accolades The Big C has received over the years and we congratulate these accomplishments by the producers, writers, crew and the extraordinary cast.”
