The Carrie Diaries Premiere Pics: Off to NYC!

by at . Comments

Yes, CW fans, Gossip Girl is over. The six-year drama ended its polarizing run last night with the reveal of Gossip Girl himself.

What will viewers now do on Monday nights? That's easy: starting on January 14th, they should be watching The Carrie Diaries.

A precursor to Sex and the City, this teenage drama stars AnnaSophia Robb in the role made famous by Sarah Jessica Parker. It takes us back to 1984 and gives us a glimpse of a teenage Carrie Bradshow upon her first forays into the Big Apple.

Austin Butler plays Carrie's first love interest, Sebastian Kydd, while the cast is rounded out by Brendan Dooling, Ellen Wong, Katie Findlay, Chloe Bridges and Matt Letscher.

watching this will be a waste of my time. I have already said this and I will say it again: They should have not cancelled Ringer, it is 100 times and more greater than this. See how they cancelled Emily Owens. Ringer needed not to go. Only good thing came out of this was Arrow, Beauty and the Beast (not so great but its worth watching).
