1) Klaus. Just mark him down as anything favorite for me.
2) No. Bad storytelling, just like this whole plot line is. Also, she still has zero free will, and the writers have found a way to lock us FOREVER in thins stupid situation. I love Damon, I do, it pains me to disagree with the way he is written.
3) Caroline, my love for you is running thin. This was a effed up move. This has nothing to do with you. All this STELENA FOREVER bs is really out of character and needs to stop. Nothing she's done in the past few weeks has bought her any brownie points with me. She can do better.
4) Say hey to hunk uncle Mason for us
5) April. No matter what they do with Klaus, I'm never surprised when he loses it. He was always brilliantly evil and murderous, so April wins the surprise card.
6) It was a strong A, then 3 weeks ago brought it to a C. BAD STORYTELLING!!!!

1. JoMo was THE BEST badass in this episode - he actually the ONLY reason I continued watching this crap anyway so yeah the return of the Rippah and drowning Carol.
2. Don't care. Those two are dull and boring.
3. Excuse me but she did not rattle it out. If she told him that LAST episode then yes, but this episode Damon had every chance to come clean to his BROTHER which he didn't and as Caroline and Stefan were saying trust is the most NB thing - so yeah, call Caroline a bitch for being a GOOD and HONEST friend....also how can anyone claim they don't know why Caroline doe snot like Damon? Did you miss most of season 1?

1. Stefan & Klaus scene.
2. Damon had no business being with Elena in the first place so doing the 'right thing' by her & not his brother (by letting her go) earns him no points unless this is really the Ian & Nina show.
3. Did Caroline rat out Elena? A person has to be involved in some underhand dealings to be ratted out no? Last I checked the mantra in this forum especially from the biased Delena staff members has been how great and hot the slutty, unconscionable pairing of Damon & Elena has been.

3. Did Caroline rat out Elena? A person has to be involved in some underhand dealings to be ratted out no? Last I checked the mantra in this forum especially from the biased Delena staff members has been how great and hot the slutty, unconscionable pairing of Damon & Elena has been.

The writers of this series know that once you remove the tension between the Salvatores and Elena - the most powerful centre of the show disappears. Its just the way "charge" works - it needs a distance and an obstruction. You may argue that the sire bond was a cheap shot way of getting the tension, but the tension is necessary.
I think Damon did the right thing in sending Elena on her way. When two people dont have autonomy in a relationship it does not work. Ever.
Stefan kind of has a right to feel upset about finding out Damon and Elena slept together and kind of doesnt. Their feelings have been growing for three seasons. If he cant see that, problem.
He finally could see that and let her go. So maybe they could have waited a bit longer to be nice to him, but 3 seasons is a long time.
Elena had a grateful I feel protected and safe feeling with Stefan. Its not bad, its more than a lot of people get. But that love is not going to match the power of true chemistry.

2.Elena makes me puke.She keeps both brothers on strings like catherine now she's a vamp who is sired wtf?If she wants to be with him then be with damon.I'm looking at the writers,the love triangle is a mess.
3.mayor was colateral damage, plus who walks in the gardens at night alone when you know klause is roaming your town.

The Caroline talking to Stefan scene. Both times: the first cell phone talk and the 2nd Delena talk! these 2 really have great chemistry and I love watching them together! they are funny, serious, sarcastic. . .

I know everyone's knocking Caroline for telling Stefan about Delena, but I don't blame her. Let's not forget that Damon compelled her, raped her, and fed on her. I don't think I could forgive Damon for that either. She's worried about Elena. Also, Stefan is the guy who helped her during her transformation and has been the guy upon whom she could depend to help with Tyler in the past, to solve her problems. So I can see where she'd feel an obligation to Stefan since I don't think either Elena of Damon would have fessed up any time soon.
I recently saw someone get drugged against her will at a club, and to think of someone taking away another's mind and then abusing their victim....well that's what Damon did to Caroline.
By the way, I think Julie Plec has a Thing about parental figures. What, one remains? Sheriff Forbes, watch your back.

I'm so disappointed in this show, this season had potential to be a great one. I only watch it for Damon 'cause everything else is blah, whatever. If I had to grade TVD, a D or maybe a C-.
The writers need to write something worth watching... stop the nonsense, especially the sire bond, blah blah blah.
Let's hope the second half is better. I really hope so :)

Part of this thought is coming from the fact that Delena has been majorly sidetracked by a stupid sire bond but I am most intrigued by Klaus' storyline right now. I am dying to know what new horror they are going to bring us via Klaus. They have given their bad guy so much depth. He's lonely, loves being the most powerful bad guy in the world, and yet he seems to thoroughly enjoy working with Stefan.

Just want to say I re-watched the episode and I actually liked it quite a bit more second time around. Klaus' killing spree was obviously the best bit but, even though I ship Delena :) and I didn't want Damon to send her away, I think it would have been impossible for the writers to let them carry on the way they were. Damon loves Elena too much to be with her when he has so many doubts in his mind. So yeah, its growing on me :D

Favourite part of the episode was anything to do with Klaus's painting. It seems trivial, but I loved the Klaus/Stefan scene at the very beginning. I just found it subtly funny how this raging psycho hybrid was painting a snowflake. Overall, I'm still finding this season fairly enjoyable (the first few episodes were brilliant). I'm not particularly invested in any ship though so that probably helps and I really like the Caroline/Stefan friendship, which has been a focus this season (I do think she crossed a line last night, but I can see why she wanted to be honest with Stefan - God knows nobody else is... except maybe Klaus, in a surprising turn of events). I don't understand how this siring thing is going to be resolved... Is the cure the only way? It doesn't make sense to introduce a storyline that has no proper resolution (does this cure even exist? I don't trust Professor Shady as far as I could throw him). And I feel bad for the Delena shippers tbh. I know from shows where I do h

I used to be anxious for a new episode of TVD but now I'm like - yeah, whatever... let see what kind od ridiculous nonsense the writers are gonna throw at us this week... This season has been severely disappointing in so many ways and I am simply not invested in any storyline any more.

Yeah, this season is not working out for me at all! Similar to season 3, there is just too much going on, there are too many storylines and the writers are burning through them way too fast and then making out some new stuff which doesn't make any sense. I think this is the reason why the stories are illogical and have so many loopholes. The writers don't seem to take their time to think them through, they just want to wrap them up quickly as possible and then move on to new frontiers. In this case less would really be more. The best example- the much anticipated Delena story had a very frustratingly short run for the whole 3 episodes and was messed up with the sire bond nonsense.
Caroline ratting out to Stefan - none of her beeswax. I actually can't believe she did that...
More surprising - April. She has some balls, who knew? You go, girl.
Grade - eh... The first few episodes were truly awesome and I would love to give them "A". But then the sire bond happened and Caroline with Stefan started to continually ruin my life... Big fat "F" for that. "B" overall, I guess. "A+" for vampire-Elena and "A+++" for Delena sex scenes.
Favourite scene - Klaus, Klaus, freaking KLAUS! This guy is the main reason I didn't slit my wrists after this episode. Cutting heads off, ripping hearts out and Klaus in all his evil glory, covered in blood, all of it was just... O M G, WOW! And if that wasn't enough, he DROWNED TYLER'S MOM IN A FREAKING FOUNTAIN IN THE MIDDLE OF THE TOWN! And that little smile on his face at the end pretty much killed me. What did people say? Klaus is getting soft? Yeah, right.
Letting Elena go - I'm not gonna comment on that. It didn't even solve the problem really, she is still sired. Is there really no way to actually BREAK the bond and get this over with? Come on, writers, DO NOT tell us that the only way is to cure her, because if that's your plan for the end of the season, I WILL KILL SOMEONE.

@steve april knew where to find rebekah because caroline blurted it out on the phone and "compelled" her but she had a her vervain braclet on.....loved the klaus killing carol
@Chantelle26.. we just disagree... I think that there isnt even a doubt amongst most TVD fans that Caroline flirted with Klaus at the dinner party...thats when people started to root for them..
Also Caroline and Stefan saying that Klaus was no worst then them and they felt bad...doesnt make sense at all if they truly cared about Elena...I dont care what you think...I would never feel bad for trying to take down someone who murdered my best friend, her aunt and countless others, not to mention ruined the lives of so many of their loved ones... i mean I as a viewer like Klaus... but Caroline and Stefan as a best friend and someone whose in Love with Elena, shouldnt.

I thought it was a terrible move!! I agree with Miranda! She betrayed her boyfriend and best friend in the same episode... She should have called Elena and asked her first why she was with Damon, and then she should have maybe still involved Bonnie if she was actually concerned and told Bonnie to keep an eye on them. There's nothing wrong with them helping Jeremy together...they only kissed once.
And she should have NEVER told her best friends Ex boyfriend...thats just not okay. Although like I said...Stefan was so wrong in trying to make her tell him...It's not okay... and it upsets me that Stefan is trying to get Elenas best friend since childhood to pick him over her...find your own friends and stop trying to take your ex girlfriends.

Letting Elena go - I'm not gonna comment on that. It didn't even solve the problem really, she is still sired. Is there really no way to actually BREAK the bond and get this over with? Come on, writers, DO NOT tell us that the only way is to cure her, because if that's your plan for the end of the season, I WILL KILL SOMEONE.

@steve april knew where to find rebekah because caroline blurted it out on the phone and "compelled" her but she had a her vervain braclet on.....loved the klaus killing carol

@Chantelle26.. we just disagree... I think that there isnt even a doubt amongst most TVD fans that Caroline flirted with Klaus at the dinner party...thats when people started to root for them..
Also Caroline and Stefan saying that Klaus was no worst then them and they felt bad...doesnt make sense at all if they truly cared about Elena...I dont care what you think...I would never feel bad for trying to take down someone who murdered my best friend, her aunt and countless others, not to mention ruined the lives of so many of their loved ones... i mean I as a viewer like Klaus... but Caroline and Stefan as a best friend and someone whose in Love with Elena, shouldnt.
and if you really were concerned about your best friend being with this guy who raped you, You would say..um he raped me and I hate it... and Elena would have to respect it...although I dont agree with you and dont think he did rape her at all...Caroline wanted Damon from the moment she saw him. then being a cougar, then suprisingly intuitive (HOW DID SHE KNOW CAROLINE WAS A VAMP) then a pretty cool mom.. carol you will be missed as that background character that really has no point...every show needs one.

i dont find klaus(he is a villain) ripping out hearts surprising at all, and Jeremy is just going the taylor lautner route and beefing uo to make us care about him(yes its kind of working...)

I thought it was a terrible move!! I agree with Miranda! She betrayed her boyfriend and best friend in the same episode... She should have called Elena and asked her first why she was with Damon, and then she should have maybe still involved Bonnie if she was actually concerned and told Bonnie to keep an eye on them. There's nothing wrong with them helping Jeremy together...they only kissed once.
And she should have NEVER told her best friends Ex boyfriend...thats just not okay. Although like I said...Stefan was so wrong in trying to make her tell him...It's not okay... and it upsets me that Stefan is trying to get Elenas best friend since childhood to pick him over her...find your own friends and stop trying to take your ex girlfriends.
