Two new Grey's Anatomy sneak peeks hint at more of the drama to come tonight. With one Seattle Grace marriage possibly crumbled beyond repair, another is struggling to get off the ground.

Seriously. Does anyone know where Dr. Miranda Bailey is?

Callie confesses that she planted the idea that running was okay, which leaves Arizona taken aback. Ben knows her physical whereabouts, of course, but where her head is? That's another story.

When he tracks her down, he hits her with the all-important question. Meanwhile, Owen and Cristina have another emotional conversation about when, how and why everything went wrong.

Is there any hope for these two? Was it really a mistake to get married in the first place? And will Bailey shake off the nerves and take the plunge, having been there once before herself?
