I really enjoyed this episode. Is the premise realistic- possibly, in reaction to heartless HMO's Dr's have started to buy hospitals the last 6 years! So I feel that even though they do not know anything about the business of running a hospital, they have Richard, they have the financial advisor and they can put people on the board of directors that have more experience then they do. I think it is a wonderful idea. And really bringing politics and Obamacare into this- tacky! Could say more but do not want to get into politics this is a TV show for our enjoyment! Heart breaking watching Owen as he watched what looked like the ultimate betrayal but was in truth the answer to all their prayers.
I hope April ends up with Jackson, not sure why I. I do find April annoying the less so lately, yet, he seems to love her. Loved when Richard turned in the culprit- and Derek thanked him for defacing all the photo's... I wonder why they are not letting Richard in on their plan, he did go with Cal

Loved this episode and am happy to know that some people like this storyline too. I especially like the way it was handled. You could tell that if a responsible buyer had shown up (one that wouldn't have changed everything about the hospital) they wouldn't have resorted to buy it. It was only after Callie and Richard's visit to the Pegasus owned hospital. I found it so scary. It that medicine of the future?
I like April and the paramedic but only because I think it will send her back into Jackson's arms. He sure seemed to want that, the way he was looking at her during his speech you could tell he missed her. I feel like they're the new Mark/Lexie.
Derek asking Dr. Ross to vandalize the posters? Hilarious I agree.
I too felt bad for Owen at end. He felt so betrayed. I hope they tell him their plans before it's too late. Hopefully in time he'll understand.

The whole opening scene with the tension between the group and the rain was awesome. I really don't care for this story line either but I going to keep watching to see where it all goes.

Children are not taught to look ahead in a book and make predictions about what they think will happen. I won't do that. I purposely don't read any spoilers, because the word says what it does--it spoils the anxiety, the anticipation; it kills the excitement of watching the show at all. Please do not comment about what you've read about future shows. That said, I feel bad for the Christina/Owen relationship, at least until (if) the doctors really do buy the hospital. By the way, I'd heard a rumor that Eva Longoria was leaving Desperate Housewives, and waiting for it to happen ruined the show for me for awhile, but she never did leave, so stop listening to the speculateos.

@seanmckenna: I appreciate your answer. but its exactly comments like yours (alana/owen)that let a tortured fandom freak. And i just assumed that you guys who constantly report and comment on tvshows know the details. It was confirmed several times Zimmer is leaving after epi 16. I personally dont think this "betrayal" to Owen will get a lot of screentime. cause the baby issue is far more juicy and important for this couple to sort out.let me just tell you that your comment had the twitter girls and passionate CO fans freaking!But i really find it great you answered me.

isnt that weird that i dint cry as much when lets say lexie died...as i did when in all the owen scenes in the last half..
his finding out cristinas quitting to, his telling cayhill that everyone who he thought was on his corner has betrayed him, his almost crying outside cristinas house ...heartbreaking.
This was a good episode. I like how the rain was symbolic for all the turmoil. It help add to the drama.
It was the worst kept secret that they were going to decide to buy the hospital. However I am liking so far how they are going about it. Let's hope they keep it up.
I am sad that Jo is dating the other doctor. I hope Alex tells her he has feelings for her soon.
I still am not a fan of April's but I liked that her boyfriend is saving himself for marriage too, I am sure it is a semi common thing so it is not unrealistic that he is too. However, sadly I think if April does tell him about her and Jackson he will dump her.
I do not like Alana!

I loved all the intrigue. The secretive moves, can they keep Owen out of what's going on. Great! Owen will be out of the loop with the new doc owners now, his relationship with Cris will definately suffer. Perhaps he'll find that Cahill wants what he wants out of life, a family? Love Der's offer to marry Mer again cos of her stealing the financial papers. LOL

I just don't like the hospital buyout storyline. Be done with it already! Want to see more medical cases. As for Alex and Jo, they need to end up together.

If they didn't take the money to being with none of this would have been an issue its silly that they will own the hospital. This show needs to go back to they it use to be before plane crashes, crazy persons shooting up the hospital. It use to be about the characters and how their cases effected them as doctors and people and plus their relationships with each other. I'll always watch but its just not the same anymore.

@Grey fan - An interesting connection choice but I like it!
@Nina - For some shows, not everyone wants to be spoiled about what's going to happen in future episodes. In the case of Alana, I felt that it could have been a direction the show might go, not one it was guaranteed to go. But I completely understand that if you watch the show and do know that it's going to be her last episode, it makes perfect sense that she wouldn't be a love interest. As for being a CO fan, their relationship is one of the one's I root for. I just know that with Cristina not being able to tell Owen about their plan, it could cause problems. That said, I'm hoping they are able to get through it because those two having been doing great together!

Are you kidding, are you not feeling the pain of this story line? If you are that's what so brilliant about it...I believe that when we come out of the other side you will appreciate it!!!! I actually think it probably the most interesting thing to happen in a while... its so different!

Constance Zimmer already said SEVERAL times she is no love interest. And seriously.With all the stress Owen has, now this "betrayal"...you really think he is in the mood for that? why dont you just write you are no CO fan and hope they wont make it. Would at least be more credible. just saying

I'm glad even with a bit of arguing..all of the survivors are banding together to try to save or buy the hospital..its nice that they are a united front....

I liked the episode. But the rain and crazy drama music reminded me of Harry Potter 6 and 7 movies (not the books). All I can picture and hear in my mind was when Snape kills Dumbledore. The music in tonight's episode sounded totally like that! Avada Kedavra :P
