Derek has become the new face of Seattle Grace Hospital.
Owen tells Cristina that all of the doctors have to stay or Pegasus will back out of the deal.
The survivors decide that they want to buy the hospital themselves.
Derek brings in his financial advisor to help prepare them with what they will need to do.
The survivors decide to quit working at the hospital, essentially terminating the deal.
Owen feels betrayed and demands that Alana fix the problem.
Alex and Jo try and save a baby born from a couple that dislike each other. Alex wants more from his relationship with Jo, but she is seeing someone.
Jackson gives April advice to be honest with the paramedic, Matt.
Turns out Matt is saving himself for marriage too.

I think that this episode was one of the best of the season. I was shocked when Owen didn't give his permission to save the child. I cried EVERY TIME I saw the little sick kid... And I'm proud of Callie, Arizona, Mer, Derek and Christina. They did the right thing. I can't wait for the next episode!
